nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

Dayana's place is good and in a good location. So many groceries and restaurants around. The place has all aminenities but It needs an Air-conditioning as the weather gets extreme to 40. but the host is a great listener and will do what it takes to make the guest comfortable

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. Communication with Benjamin was excellent from the beginning, always attentive and quick to respond. The place was exactly as described in the photos, very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future

Having been to Granada 12 times in the past 9 years, we've stayed many places, yet would suggest this above them all if you're OK being on the edge of the smaller city rather than centrally located. The home was brand new, spotless, it had A/C in both bedrooms and the living/kitchen area, we loved the dining table & chair area under the overhang just outside the kitchen open to the courtyard and pool area. The pool is not large, but our 5 year old grandson LOVED it, and given the commonly hot weather native to the area, it was a joy to be able to take a quick dip in the pool to cool off anytime we wanted. The location is secure, in a condo development with a 24/7/365 gated entrance, we've never had a single issue at all staying in Granada, yet this safety could be helpful for those who desire. My wife (who is native from Granada) and I loved our 8 night stay and would recommend this home without reservation!

Very nice home. Very convenient if needed to stay near the airport it is about a 4 minute drive. Ricardo was great at communicating and very helpful with everything. Would most definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay in Granada!

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

Staying at Maritza's house was an excellent experience. The house is beautiful, very clean, tidy and with all the details well taken care of. From the first moment, the hosts were friendly and attentive, always making sure that we were comfortable and enjoying the stay. We felt very comfortable. They also had the gesture of offering to understand us with the late checkout, which was a great detail. Definitely 100% recommended. We would come back without thinking!👏🏻

Jason's place is beautiful, peaceful, and easily accessible. His staff, Arelis and Alejandro were gracious, helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Arelis always went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable and taken care of. The internet was fast. The kitchen and home was clean and had several amenities and supplies. The property is picturesque and the house grand. I already miss it! If we experienced issues or concerns his staff and Jain were quick to address and resolve it.

the actual house was two doors down. we believe that somehow airbnb got the listings crossed. somebody else rented the house in the pictures. its a GREAT neighborhood with everything walking distance, including a liquor store, bbq place, convenience store, breakfast spot, etc. the AC worked well.

It is a very spacious, bright, clean, and organized place. The sector is very quiet, with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. I felt very comfortable at all times, they were aware of me, they gave me recommendations and help, very useful. My experience was excellent, extremely recommended that they host here.

Carlos was very attentive at all times, responds quickly with great kindness; the apartment, complete, very clean and with the basics for cooking and spending a few days; close to everything. The area is very quiet and well guarded. Thank you and I will definitely come back to this place.

I enjoyed my stay at Emma's Guest Cottage. It is a great place to get away if you want a quiet and secluded space just outside Granada. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and the wifi and television reception were great. Yajaira worked extremely hard all day to keep the place clean and Richard maintained the garden in beautiful shape. There was always a pleasant breeze coming off the lake and I enjoyed the swimming pool. If these are the things you are looking for in a vacation rental, you will enjoy your stay here.
