This place is perfect for people who want to explore Bicol. Not to mention: Cool, clean, and transportation-friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

Everything's great except for the direction that was given on the said listing. We just followed the pin location that they've given on the listing but it turned out that we got lost. We just used their house name "R&B" to search for their place and we learned that it's just near SM Legazpi. Please fix your "get the direction" button. Overall, everything was great. Their hosts were very accommodating. I would recommend them all day!

We had a great stay! Ms. Jessa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. She provided all the necessary information and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Its easy to commute from his place. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops around too. Ariel is very welcoming and accommodating as well. The place is always clean and tidy. We had a nice stay in his place :)

Harvy's place was fantastic! The unit is brand new, with a cool industrial design, and spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the value for the money. The little extras like tea, water, and toiletries were a nice touch, and the new appliances (AC, Xiaomi TV with Netflix) were great. The stable internet allowed me to have a smooth Zoom meeting for hours! Harvy was a very accommodating host. I'd definitely recommend this place! 5 stars!

All the staffs are super kind. Near SM and easy access to tourist destination around Legazpi. Very accommodating and helpful.

Mark was a fantastic host. He made sure that we had a good stay be diligently responding and updating us with our queries. The place was amazing. A modern, high-end, condo-feels apartment. The furnitures were top-notch. The location is great, near the port, very ideal for island hopping. A department store is also nearby. Will love to come back and have a good time to relax and chill.

Our family lives very comfortably. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a kitchen for cooking and within walking distance of SM and the SITEX. When they left, took us to the SITEX. That's very sweet.

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

JS3 is situated in a prime spot, conveniently close to key landmarks and the vibrant heart of Albay. I loved that I could walk to nearby markets and restaurants, yet still enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at the apartment. The combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality made it a memorable experience. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again on my next visit to Bicol, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly approachable and kind, always ready to help and quick to respond. She graciously granted all our requests and even allowed us to check in early at no extra cost, which we truly appreciated. The experience felt very welcoming and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

This place is cozy good for couples or single people out there i definitely advise anyone to stay here. The host and his cowroker were extremely helpful in finding nice places to visit and tips on what you should do in the area. Plenty of entertainment there, this places was located in walking distances of a supermarket, mall, and bars. Definitely when I plan another stay in the Philippines this place be the first one in my mind.
