Holiday rentals with a kayak in Mashpee

The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

My family and I had a lovely stay in Oak Bluffs, MA! We loved walking around town (which is only a few minutes away on foot) and spending our time relaxing in the cottage after exploring. There are great restaurants, local shops, and beautiful scenery all within walking distance. Even though we brought our car (which was great for traveling to the island), we practically didn't need it to get around. Brianna was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We appreciated her willingness to answer any questions and enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back!

Laurie’s Sunburst Cottage was a perfect location. The view was spectacular each morning, waking up to see long pond. The space was so nicely decorated and very cozy for us to enjoy and relax with Netflix and other streaming included. Her eye for detail, even proving power strips next to each bed made it so easy and convenient to charge our phones. The place was spotless, clean and had updated and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor kayaks, fire pit or sitting areas, but they were beautiful as well, and added to the view from the windows. It’s conveniently located mid cape giving people access to doing various things on the cape. Walking around the neighborhood also gave us additional views of long pond. I highly recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Laurie was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your lovely home with us! Katie

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

Excellent lake front location with great views, great kitchen with all the equipment needed, spacious bedrooms plus Ben is a great host.

The cutest house! Well designed, super clean, and COZY. We especially enjoyed the fire pit! After a night out for my 40th birthday it is was the perfect ending. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Plymouth area!

Such a cute house! Had everything we needed, was very clean and had an amazing backyard and outdoor space!

Carol is a great host. We had a small issue with the front door screen locking up and she came over right away and let us in. She is very responsive and responsible. I forgot my medication when I left and she was kind enough to mail it back to me immediately. She has a been a great host and I hope more hosts are like Carol. It rained the whole time we were there so we did not get a chance to check out the lakes around there but I am sure they are great. There is a mall near by with bowling so we did that instead. Exactly as described... And Sloane was incredibly proactive. The community had a water outage the morning we were due to check in and she contacted us immediately -- it was completely resolved before we checked in and she stayed on top of everything for us. Our family had a wonderful time in Barnstable! Lynn and Ken were extremely responsive and did a great job at communicating when needed. The house was perfect for our family of three. Everything was clean and appeared exactly as the photos presented. We loved spending time on the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was a plus. Being less than 5 minutes from Craigville Beach was ideal along with the use of the beach pass. We would recommend this listing to anyone without hesitation and hope to book again for a future stay!

Our stay at Kevin’s cottage was nothing short of amazing! He had everything we needed to make our stay the best, even things you wouldn’t think an Airbnb would have which was sooo helpful! Very clean, the location was in the middle of all the things we wanted to do while at the cape, and just overall a cute little cottage. Loved the outside shower as well!! Kevin was also so helpful with everything and a great host. Couldn’t recommend enough! We’ll be back!

The stay at Larkspur was nothing short of fantastic. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. My wife and I had the privilege of having our honeymoon here and I would recommend it to everyone. We can't wait to come back with our future family!

The Lemon Drop was perfect! Just like the pictures with a clean beachy inside and amazing outdoor space. We had a wonderful time with all the amenities easily available. Great communication throughout our stay
