The number of guest is negotiable upon reaching the maximum occupancy and it will be charged accordingly which is 500 pesos per head per night.

Iba Botanicals is a 24-hectare farm on the river in a serene natural experience. Perfect Covid getaway for families and groups. Very strong internet connection (300MBPS) for online school / work if required. Glass House 1 is one of two villas in the premises. The two villas are across from each other and are separated by the pool in the middle. Each villa has a place of its own to relax and enjoy the view! There is a 1,200 charge for each additional pax in excess of 16 pax. Children 4 yrs old and below are free.
