A truly magical experience in the middle of nature, photos that are faithful to reality, the experience is even beyond expectations! Very well-equipped dome, very responsive hosts by message. We just can't wait to do it again, the exceptional awakening. We arrived at night so it amazed us. The very pleasant and adventurous personalized arrival with a whole bright path. Special mention for the night jacuzzi with the stars.

We stayed at Anthony's for two nights, it went very well. We were happy to be able to enjoy the hot tub in the sun after a day of cycling in the surroundings: very beautiful! The area is very quiet and the neighborhood is very cozy. We were disappointed to realize that the lake shown in the photo is not accessible directly from the cottage (access not far away), and the screen of the video projector was broken. We didn't mind but the rooms are “open” so there isn't much privacy upstairs. I recommend for a weekend if you are looking for calm and rest.

5 stars all around!! We had a fantastic, although short stay at the Monastery. Inside the chapel, kitchen and living area were beautiful, peaceful and clean. Our bedrooms were expansive with large windows overlooking the gardens. We saw deer, wild turkeys and tons of birds and squirrels. We walked around the lovely property and on the trail that they have created. We were not there long enough to enjoy the fire pit; but would love to return. Emily and Justin live on the property and introduce themselves but give us plenty of privacy. This beautiful monastery can easily host large groups and would make a lovely site for a wedding. Remarkable potential for this property and vacation rental; Justin & Emily are off to a great start.

We loved our stay in the ancestral house of the island of Embarras: it is a house full of history and character, with a country style. Having coffee in the morning looking at the water in the channel or reading in the afternoon hammock allowed us to relax and enjoy a quieter rhythm. The kitchen is super well-equipped and the air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms was appreciated during this heat wave. Things to do: a boat hike through the different islands of Sorel.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and immerse themselves in nature. Although nestled in the woods, a supermarket was conveniently reachable within 30 minutes by car. Plus, the fast internet made it easy to stay connected while enjoying this serene getaway.
