Beachfront holiday rental in Maslinica

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus auf der Insel Brač verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft – ruhig, naturnah und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat uns alles geboten, was wir für unseren vierwöchigen Aufenthalt mit unserer 11 Monate kleinen Tochter gebraucht haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin Marijana. Sie war sehr herzlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich zuverlässig um alle Anliegen gekümmert – man hat sich rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe und Meerblick suchen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub, super ruhige Umgebung keine nervigen Nachbarn, alles wie man sich es im Urlaub vorstellt. Werde definitiv wieder kommen :)

Everything we needed for a nice stay close to nature in this beautiful place. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting by the fruit trees watching the waves. Dusko the host gave us the warmest of welcomes, helped us to arrive by car, buy supplies and chatted with us over home made produce. So lovey to be near the sea, a very special time for us.

I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

I wish I could rate this stay at Nira’s place more than 5 stars. I have stayed at many airbnbs around the world, but this has been one of my favourite stays ever! Just the beautiful location itself would be worth coming here. Such a beautiful place to stay by the sea with the amazing private beach. We couldnt get enough of the views. The apartment is very nice, modern and clean and has everything you need. The bed was also so comfy. :) The apartment is a bit out of town, but the walk to Hvar town is so beautiful that you wont even mind. Nira is also such an amazing and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying at any of her apartments.

Alenka ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Appartment ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist ebenfalls genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, mit reichlich Liegen und stets sauber. Außerdem gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Das Haus liegt an der Strandpromenade, auf der man zu mehreren Restaurants kommt, oder wenn man möchte zu Fuss bis zur Altstadt in Trogir. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Wir waren mit unserem Baby im Penthouse & es war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Aussicht, die gehobene Ausstattung, der Whirlpool, alles war richtig klasse. Den Pool hatten wir an fast allen Tagen nur für uns, das war ein wirkliches Highlight. Zum Meer waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, das war traumhaft. Leider ist unser Baby krank geworden, aber Toni hat direkt versucht zu helfen und sich um uns gekümmert. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir 100% zufrieden & können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😍

Es war soweit alles super. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Nicht so schön:Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück, Kohlenmonoxid auf Terrasse am Pool durch Schornstein der Nachbarn, Pool nicht beheizt, sehr steile Auffahrt zum Grundstück. Man braucht ein Auto. Trotzdem kommen wir gern wieder. Es war eine schöne Woche. Danke.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Atemberaubende Aussicht. Es war so schön dort. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar und der Strand ist nur ein paar 100 Meter entfernt. Man hatte dort seine Ruhe und der Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. 😍

The best Airbnb I've stayed in. The villa was flawless, and exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent, with near instant responses from both the Airbnb booking company, and our amazing host Ružica. Ružica was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond, being very flexible for checking-in and out. The location was very convenient, and while easier with a car, you could definitely get by without. There’s a nice beach a short walk away, a few different restaurants along the coast, and Trogir and Split airport are only 10 minutes away. The house itself is well equipped with everything you could need including: beach towels, bath robes, wine fridge, coffee & ice machines, BBQ and all rooms had an ensuite, individually controlled AC, and super king beds (two separable singles). All the rooms are stunning, the house was clean and well organised. Finally, the gorgeous pool, with a constant depth of around 150cm, that fits everyone at once - we wish we had more time there to enjoy it.

Great villa, great location, and great host! Our family stayed in the house for a week with four kids between 3-12yr. Worked out very well for us 😊 More than happy to come back again another time <3

Kurz Version: Lage MEGA! Ausstattung top! Kommunikation freundlich und super! Extrem erholsam. Bucht sofort, wenn es verfügbar ist. Längere Version: Das Grundstück und Haus liegt absolut abgelegen in völliger Ruhe und Natur. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und hochwertig! Der Kunstrasen auf dem Badminton/Volleyball/Fussballfeld ist der hochwertigste Kunstrasen auf dem ich war. Es gibt eine Karaokeanlage am Pool die einfach super ist. Die Außenküche und "Grillstube" ist hervorragend. Die Buggys machen viel Spaß. Das Wasser am Strand ist unglaublich klar und lädt zum tauchen ein. Es war alles super sauber. Grillkohle, Airsoft Guns, Buggys und Fahrräder waren im tadellosen Zustand und gehören zum Haus dazu. Die 3 Terrassen waren lagen perfekt und das Außenmobiliar, passend und bequem und von guter Qualität. Ein netter kleiner Ort mit Restaurants und Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Es war wirklich hervorragend. Vielen, vielen Dank für alles🙏🏼

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

Ante was hosting he was helpful, responsive and the apartment was outstanding in terms of location cleanliness and facilities. We both paddle boarded, kayaked and snorkelled, all part of the stay. The beach, right in front of the property was stunning, calm, aquamarine and clear, saw many fishes and it’s safe to swim. Would highly recommend. You need a car and make sure you visit Trogir and Primošten and Rogoznica is great for dinner, a bit closer but parking is limited there. Another must is Krka National Park with its wonderful hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely return! Sharon & Tim

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

Marijana’s place was one of the highlights of our stay in Trogir. Just a short walk from the old city, yet completely quiet and peaceful, the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a beautiful garden patio filled with flowers and cozy corners to lounge. It instantly feels welcoming and calm. We spent a lot of time out there, just enjoying the vibe. The flat itself is spotless and has everything you need – you can tell Marijana has thought of every detail to make guests feel comfortable. It’s super well-equipped and very nicely done. And Marijana is simply lovely. Warm, friendly, and genuinely caring – she clearly takes pride in making her guests feel at home. Can’t recommend this place enough. Peaceful, charming, and just a pleasure to stay in.

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Zlatko's Haus gefühlt. Er hat uns bei der Fähre in Trogir empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten. Auf der Insel brach unser Transfer auf halber Strecke zusammen und wir mussten unser ganzes Gepäck zum Haus tragen. Dann waren noch ein paar kleinere Sachen beim Check-In, aber Zlatko war sehr nett und hatte uns angeboten als Entschädigung 2 Tage kostenlos zu bleiben, was wir leider nicht konnten. Ein Vermieter könnte nicht besser reagieren. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht, sogar ein SUP war dort. Man kann Weintrauben pflücken und unter der Pergola waren immer ganz viele Schmetterlinge, total schön! Leider auch viele Moskitos, aber bei jedem Fenster ist ein Netz. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und wunderschön!! Leider sind die 3 Restaurants auf der Insel sehr teuer und die Portionen sehr klein. Also unbedingt genug Essen mitnehmen! Diese Insel bzw Haus ist perfekt zum Entschleunigen
