This row house was built in 1841 and is on the walking tour of historic downtown Maysville. The row houses were built by four brothers who made it big in horse-drawn plow manufacturing. The home is approximately 5200 ft. total and has been divided into a two family home. The Airbnb is Unit 2 which is the entire 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom. The kitchenette area consists of a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Deck overlooks the backyard.

Upstairs you’ll find full bathroom, bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: loft w/ futon twin sz, bedroom 3: full bed. Yard w/a deck, fire pit (March-Dec) and a watch markers shop, not restored. WiFi, 2 streaming tv’s HVAC.

Located 10 mins from downtown Maysville, 1 hr from Cincinnati & 1 hr from Lexington.

Very nice place located just a few miles from downtown Maysville. There’s a train that runs through downtown Maysville quite often, and this apartment is located just far enough away that you’re not bothered by the train but still very close to everything Maysville has to offer. Very conveniently located near the EKPC Spurlock plant. Hosts made it very easy to get in and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We came to town to visit family and loved it. Alvin was very flexible with us getting into town late and super nice! The pictures don’t do this beautiful place justice. It was close to all the spots we wanted to go to. Great location. Beautiful walk to the river. The beds were comfortable and the pillows… great pillows! I would recommend 10/10.

This place was even better than the pictures. Everything was so nice and cute and clean. They thought of everything when it came to extras. They even had Popsicles in the freezer for the kids and condiments. The property is beautiful with amazing views. The kids loved the giant swing by the water and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The deck was huge. Our host was quick to answer and give us tips of places to check out. We hope to be back.

Excellent property and friendly host who was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings including the overlook of a farm land field which produced beautiful sunsets. House is very large and spacious and well stocked. We also enjoyed the beautiful landscaping surrounding the home. The basement was full of amenities and things to do.
