Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Baglioni Residence

This spacious apartment on the first floor of this typical Umbrian farmhouse has all the comforts. The living room with open kitchen can be heated by a pellet stove in the colder periods. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. However, this can also be changed to three single beds. In the spacious garden, there is a garden set that belongs to the apartment.

Camera Ulivo is a cozy double room with a spectacular view over the Umbrian valley and cypress trees. A wrought-iron bed, terracotta floor, and restored wooden ceiling are combined with vintage furnishings and unique details such as an antique radio. The refined, handcrafted bathroom features a stone sink resting on old wooden beams and a waterfall shower with historic tiles. A blend of tradition and authentic beauty.

Charming cottage with a rustic atmosphere, immersed in the enchanting Umbrian countryside and in silence; ideal for spending a few days relaxing or as a base to visit numerous places of interest. A comfortable porch with a fireplace and wood-burning oven, allow you to enjoy the outdoor space and the large unfenced garden overlooking the surrounding hills. The accommodation is accessed through a private dirt driveway.
