The apartment is located in a newly built block (2023) with an elevator, on the second floor, with its own parking space in front of the building. It has two bedrooms decorated in a similar, modern style, with comfortable continental beds. The first bedroom has a large double bed, and the second has two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. In the living room there is a fold-out, comfortable sofa, and next to it there is an exit to a large balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is a playground for children next to the block.

The area is quiet and green. The place is adjacent to Kusocińskiego Park, a sports field, a table tennis table, and a playground. Nearby are bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, a swimming pool, a stadium, the Urania Hall, the A. Wasilewska Auditorium, a planetarium and a library. The Old Town, the children's hospital, and the provincial hospital are just a 10-minute walk away. The area is very well connected to the rest of the city. There are public transportation stops nearby (tram; bus). The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Although the building is directly adjacent to the owners' house, we have taken special care to ensure the privacy of our guests and a peaceful and comfortable stay. Privacy is a great value to us. The apartment is located in a great location. The Old Town is 10 minutes away on foot. In the area there is a Central Park, a Shopping Mall, a communication hub (Wakara Square).
