The house if fully equipped with everything you need from cooking to bathing & laundry. The upstairs is a complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house and the downstairs is known as "The Camp" with one bedroom (3 twin beds) & one bathroom. Come to the Bay and stay awhile! May 2023 dock lights unavailable. July 2024 Dock was damaged from the hurricane. Pet Fee $195. 2 Kayaks.
