Hosts respect your privacy even if they live upstairs. The description of the place and the conditions are accurate. Acceptable street parking since luggage is transported very well. My stay for work was 5 nights and for the time I was there, it was fine.

Lovely beach front loft. 3rd floor, no neighbors above. We're probably the first to occupy this place, everything was new. Thoughtful host. I would recommend this place to all guests. 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. Sleeps 6 people. We were a family of 4, so this place was spacious enough.

Very well maintained apartment with everything you need to prepare your meals: utensils, condiments-spices, etc. Melanie is very friendly and available if needed. We experienced the high heat (37°C with humidex) of early August 2024 and an air conditioner would have been needed to cool the premises. Fortunately, there was a fan, which we ran continuously.

Ultra clean place! Small, but everything is there. Perfect for two people. Although the accommodation is on a busy road, it is very quiet. Located at the back of the building, you can't hear the traffic. We recommend it!

We enjoyed staying here for almost 2 weeks. The place was clean and quiet. Very close to the downtown and river. The laundry was convenient and the AC in the bedroom cooled the entire apartment. Edouardo is very helpful and friendly too.
