Inside you'll find a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen that is furnished stylishly with art and goods made by local artists & artisans.

Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Perfect private guest suite on first floor of our home. We live upstairs and you can hear us, and may bump into us as the main entrance is shared. We are super friendly and stay pretty incognito. The suite is private and closed off from rest of house. It’s a 2BR, 1BA, and a small kitchenette including a microwave, plug-in hot pad, mini fridge and sink. Access to the laundry room and parking. You're a 20-minute drive from downtown Anchorage, and near nature. Bonus we have an very nice dog.🐶

Our fully equipped mother in law studio unit is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to Kincaid Park (1,516.78 acres of trails for cycling, running, hiking, disc golf, or simply taking in the scenery & wildlife). We are also within walking distance to fine & casual dining as well as a local coffee house. A few nights stay or as a "home base", we offer a comfortable home away from home for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We hope to be your hosts!

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. This south Anchorage guest suite is super cozy. Private entrance with a code for self check in. There is a King size bed and in the loft is a Queen size mattress. There is a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need for making your own meals. A washer and dryer. Tea, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Apple TV, DVD player with DVD's and access to WiFi. This spacious lower level is a daylight basement perfect for families traveling with children. Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, gardens, beautiful mountain peaks, and plenty of country quiet. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.
