House holiday rentals in Matanzas Inlet

Pictures don’t do justice to the spaciousness of the house and beauty of the location! We’ve loved coming to Palm Coast for several years and this is by far the best rental we’ve stayed in! We had at least three dolphin sightings in the canal and fishing from the dock was a highlight of mornings and evenings! If you are seeking peace and quiet, look no further!

Had a great time in this beautiful home! Many restaurants, activities, sights to see close by! The only things that would make this home absolutely perfect would be on site pool and gym. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Home decor definitely elevated the stay! Would stay here again

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

I cannot say enough great things about the house and Dee! The house was so clean, welcoming, beautiful and just perfect! We had a great time crabbing, fishing, swimming and just relaxing! Dee was so responsive with my questions and so very friendly and kind! We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing experience staying at Matthew’s ’s place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was seamless and communication with Matthew was excellent. He was incredibly friendly and responsive. We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so special!

What a hidden treasure! I was looking for a getaway and what I found was a Haven. It surpassed all of my expectations. So peaceful, clean, and convenient. Close to everything yet tucked away into a quiet corner. Michelle is professional yet so friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have, she has the answer. Definitely one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed in the continental US. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

My husband and I honeymooned here.. We absolutely loved it!!! The house is beautiful and a short walk to the end of the road comes out at the beach. Gorgeous ocean view and pleasant community. What a gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house SO MUCH. The house was spotless, had tons of natural light, and was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. How amazing that it overlooked the water... it almost felt like an infinity pool! The game room was a hit with my 9 year old and he played pool for the first time! This was surely a vacation to remember and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

Monica’s house is truly spectacular! It looks just like the pictures - beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, lots of light, and tons of space. She’s thought of all the little touches that make the place feel like home. We completely enjoyed the evenings by the pool and playing games around the dining table. The kids found the pool alligators and the PacMan arcade game to be highlights! Monica is a wonderful host and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent her place again! We feel lucky to have found it.

This was exactly what we were looking for!! Extra clean & comfy. Some of the reviews mentioned not having doors to the bathrooms but there are definitely doors😂 James was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Quick trip to the beach and near all the right spots!

What a fun place to be with family! The downstairs is perfect for teens & kiddos. The views are beautiful. At first, we were slightly disappointed because getting down to the actual beach can be tricky. But then we climbed down the rocks to get to the beach and that climb, in itself, (super easy!) became one of the daily adventures we enjoyed most! Highly recommend! It’s worth it to have your own private pool…we used it during the day and at night, too!

I live in Florida and take my dog and a boat on vacations to other parts of Florida. This place was perfect for the two of us. I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and most useable, has all the utensils you may need and the appliances seemed new. Bathroom was clean, well supplied and had plenty of hot water. Sheets, towels, pillows were perfect. Slept like a log. Neighborhood is eclectic and quiet. Straight shot about 1/4 mile to the beach access over the dunes. Absolutely wonderful place to walk with your dog, no people from resorts and condos to deal with. Go early and catch the sunrise. I enjoyed my stay.

5 Stars! A Perfect Beach Getaway We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves in the background. The home was cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout—from extra towels and beach gear to a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved spending our mornings on the deck with coffee. Our host, Melissa, was responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place. There a quite a few great restaurants in the surrounding area to enjoy, as well. Such an enjoyable stay!

It’s a short walk to a quiet, stunning beach, and we appreciated having beach chairs and gear available. The backyard pool area felt like a private garden retreat—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Great restaurants were just minutes away, and communication with the host was excellent. The whole family loved it—highly recommend!

This is our second time staying here. My Husband and I love this house and the convenience to the beach. The beach is clean and the water is great. There are so many restaurants close by. We love everything about staying here and will definitely be coming back. Thank you both

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay and it was great again! The house is very clean and is just as described. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Even though it’s a few miles away you can get to Crescent Beach or Butler Beach easily in 3-4 minutes by car. Those beaches are so much less crowded than St Augustine Beach and the area where the house is located is nice and quiet. Dakota is always great with excellent communication. So it’s definitely a great property overall.

Maria's place was so clean and cozy! She has thought of everything. Little details really made the place feel like home, from a stocked coffee bar, to little toothbrushes/soaps in the bathroom. Maria herself was also very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Highly recommended! 🙂
