Peaceful family home set on farmland at the end of a country road surrounded by farming community and vineyards. This property is situated a 10 minute drive from city center and beaches. Attractions such as Rere Rock slide and Eastwood Hill arboretum are within 40 minutes drive of this property. This property is situated next door to the Golden Slope Food and Wine Festival Teitjen venue held in October and across the road from the Rhythm and Vines 3 day music festival over the New Year.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. It's 50m from our house and well hidden by trees, so you'll feel very private. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Our spacious and comfortable retreat is located in central Gisborne, only a short stroll (200m) away from Ballance Street Village, where you will find great food, coffee and many other bare necessities (post, gift shop, florist, pharmacy, liquor store, etc). Your sunny room is self-contained and situated in a private area of the house with independent access and contactless entry system. Enjoy a luxury king bed, Wi-Fi, TV (freeview, Netflix), workspace and kitchenette.

Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. Bush haven private studio

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.
