Fairly spacious property. Very good outdoor pool area. Very safe area for pet. Large rooms with plenty of beds. Two independent and very comfortable suites. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Limpeza 10. Alexandre was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The stay was wonderful. The beach resort of Praia Grande is extraordinary, in fact, how beautiful the revitalization of the waterfront of Matinhos became beautiful. The very comfortable, airy, quiet, easy access house, very close to the beach, located in a great neighbor, a good parking space and with all the kitchen and beach utensils, which we need, such as chairs and parasol, in addition to having air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. I went with my in-laws, who are already older and the location of the house greatly benefited their autonomy. Very easy to check in and check out. Our stay was well worth our stay. I highly recommend it.

Vilma was very friendly since my first contact, very flexible at check in too! the house is wonderful very clean and with all the necessary utensils, the view to the sea and the sunrise is simply spectacular! your Claudio that we received also very polite and kind!! We were lucky enough to get two very hot and yet the house is very nice to stay the afternoon near the pool because it is very airy, the pool catches sun in the morning and one part of the afternoon, so it tastes good to enjoy in the period that has no sun!!!

We love the house! It met our expectations, very complete and equipped kitchen, it is wide and comfortable. It has a very complete market with butchery and bakery just around the corner, it is very close to the beach and has a very nice boardwalk for hiking. Amei, super recommend!!

Quiet place, paved street. Check in flexible Just like in the listing, the house has everything you need, in the smallest detail. Bed linens, bath towels, a multitude of kitchenware, dishcloths.,three powerful fans. Vacancy for two cars A great space to the back with barbecue for meeting with the family, by the way everyone loved it. I felt at home, we miss you already. We'll be back for sure Super indico! Bakery and market 1.5km away The house is exactly three blocks from the beach Extensive Orla for hiking, but with few snack options and restaurants nearby.(But there's a lot of options around if you'd like to explore)

The best accommodation we stayed with no doubt! The house is beautiful, super well taken care of, with an impecavel cleaning that we were impressed. The house has EVERYTHING and a little more, every detail was thought with a lot of affection that made all the difference in our stay. It is very close to the beach with easy access to pharmacy, market and restaurants. The place is huge, we take our dog and she loved it!! The Silmara is wonderful was mega attentive always responding very quickly, was very helpful when we need it, very flexible with the schedules and still left a treat and a beautiful card. This place marked our memory and our heart, we'll be back whenever we can, we love

Me and my family love hosting! Maichel since before our arrival we always answered our questions promptly kindly. Your father received us at the house, super fast, kind too, we felt welcomed. Well-equipped house, comfortable, flexible hours, we felt at home! We were family with people of all ages and everyone loved it. We'll be back for sure!

My family and I liked Fabia's house very much, the place is of excellent location, very quiet the impeccable house, totally the same as the photos.
