The large main floor open-concept kitchen, dining and living area is a fantastic setting for entertaining family and friends, and has a gorgeous view of the Mattawa River. Watch float planes take off and land from the water's-edge deck. The river offers great boating, fishing, and ice fishing. VMUTS trail system is right in our backyard for all of the off road enthusiasts.

It includes a linen queen bed, kettle/French press, solar lights outside, battery lighting inside.Guests have access to the full property for hiking, snowshoeing and sledding. No guns or pets. One other rental located onsite.
