Provisions include milk, tea, coffee, fruit and a sweet treat. Fridge, Microwave, toaster, but no kitchen. The fold out chairs are set up as day bed sofas.

Plus a well-equipped laundry and top-notch kitchen. The north facing patio captures all day sun, a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and leisurely BBQs. The home is complete with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, plus heat pump in the main living and a gas heater.

Kick back and relax in this self-contained attached unit with separate entrance. Perfectly located in Otumoetai, close to the city, beaches, shops and parks. Our unit caters for up to four guests, with its own bathroom, kitchenette, outdoor area and on site parking. 2 eBikes are available for hire and the use of the spa pool at a small fee. Please advise when booking so I can have bikes charged and ready and the spa pool heated for the cooler evenings.
