Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

This charming home with attached BnB is set in beautifully landscaped grounds in Matua. It is quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches and the CBD. The west facing patio provides a sunny afternoon spot to enjoy the gardens and birdsong. Off street parking, living room, bathroom, laundry and your own entrance, ensure privacy. Provisions include milk, tea, coffee, cereal and a sweet treat. Fridge, Microwave, toaster, but no kitchen. Children can sleep on the fold out chairs in the living room

This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. A beautiful 1 bedroom home with separate entrance connected to the main house and car parking right outside the front door (it is a sloping drive). The bathroom has plenty of space to put all your amenities and more in the vanity drawers. No need to bring body wash, shampoo or conditioner as its already there! Fully equipped kitchen with a gorgeous private oasis out the back to relax in. Also extra space in the kitchen for all your snacky snacks and treats. Massive lounge with a smart TV so easy to connect up your favourite apps and series through your phone. And lastly the bed, if your into soft like a cloud bed like I do - this is a dream come true!
