We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation, very good value for money , a direct view of the sea, the children also loved it, we will be back as soon as possible. Beretta family.

Perfect location especially for the beach. Very close to Montpellier. Immaculately clean on arrival. Check in and check out very easy. We visited with our 1 1/2 year old and found it very suitable (we did move a few beautiful ornaments out of their reach!). We loved the balcony. We loved our stay!

Maryse is a pleasant and very welcoming person. Her apartment is impeccable, comfortable, and has a top-floor terrace with a breathtaking view of the Port. Enjoying a drink there while watching the sun set over the bay is a real pleasure at the end of the day. Great location, very central.

Hi, We had a great stay in this accommodation, which we found very pleasant and faithful to the photos. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was tidy, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is also a real strong point: the sea and the port are very close, which is very appreciable for walking or relaxing. In addition, in just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach a bus stop that allows you to easily reach the tram and the city center. A few small points to improve: no window in the bedroom, which makes the air quickly hot; we had to leave the window open at night. There were a few essentials missing such as salt, a bottle of water on arrival, more toilet paper (only two rolls for a week) and garbage bags. A broom would also have been useful. Finally, a few ants under the sofa, probably because of the heat and the plants. The accommodation is great and we recommend it. Thank you.

Second stay at Charlotte's place. It was another pleasure to spend these few days in this beautiful apartment. The beach and bike path at the foot of the building are a real plus. We loved it.

Very great place in a quiet location with sea views. Everything was as in the pictures and in the description. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. From kitchen utensils to beach equipment (picnic blanket, umbrella, etc.), everything was on site. In addition, Claude was extremely helpful, always available and gave us great recommendations for our stay. We would vacation there again.

We enjoyed the days in this wonderful apartment. We were 4 adults, had enough space (one bedroom is more like a bunk). The view of the sea was fantastic, as was the location by the sea. The apartment is super divided, everything you need and much more. Plenty of storage space that could be used, a great sitting area overlooking the sea, especially in the morning and evening, just beautiful, also the balcony... The contact was great, fast, lots of great tips, we could ask for things at any time and we also got tips. Since we were there in the absolute off-season, we were able to enjoy the peace and seclusion very much. Many restaurants etc. were closed, which did not bother us. Bakery can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, to the village about 15 minutes along the beach. We will definitely come back and thank you with all our heart for the great accommodation where you can relax!

We had a great weekend in Palavas. The apartment is clean and functional, as described. The terrace is lovely. We were in a quiet residence close to the sea and the city center. Thank you to Gilbert for the communication and to Marie for the welcome. We'll be back with pleasure next year ☀️

We spent 3 days in Stéphan's accommodation and we immediately adopted it. It is very functional, bright, pleasant to live in. The rooms are large, the bedroom even has a terrace. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and the toilets are separate, which is nice. As it is on the ground floor, the apartment has a very large shaded terrace that allows you to eat outside. Even though it is on the edge of the coastal avenue, calm reigns and at night no noise disturbs our sleep. The beach is just opposite, you just have to cross the dune. The presence of a few small local shops about 500 meters away is a plus. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, good quality bedding with a 160 bed. It has a private parking space in the residence In a nutshell, you feel good at Stéphan's!

We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

Ideal stay for 4. The apartment is located in a quiet residence. The parking space is a real plus, especially with the paid parking in La Grande Motte. Access to the beach is direct and secure. No road crossing: ideal with children. Communication was clear and prompt. The apartment is well-equipped and the children even had creative activities available. Perfect.
