Log cabin Hömötintti

A log cabin completed in 1996 in Pöllönvaara, Kontiolahti. A steep path (length 60 m) leads to the shore of Likolampi in Kirkasvetinen. Along the path there is a sauna that was completed in 2024. The cabin has a fireplace and a wood stove. There is no electricity or water supply in the cabin. In addition to natural light, candles are used for lighting. Downstairs there is a living room and kitchen as well as a sleeping chamber. The spacious loft has more beds. The outdoor kitchen in the yard has a gas stove. There is also a fireplace and benches outside. There's a rowboat on the shore of the Likolampi pond.

Rantamökki

Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Take a break from everyday life and relax in the peace of nature. Visit Petkeljärvi National Park and Möhkö ironworks. Mushroom, fish and berry. Swim and row in Nuorajärvi and sauna in gentle steam. Enjoy the peace and cleanliness of Eastern Finland. The cottage has no electricity. Food water must be brought. Water from the lake. The cottage has a sleeping area (1 - 3 people) and a barn in the yard with a sleeping area (1 person). Your own sheets and towels! The cottage has a gas stove and a ground basement. There is a set of dishes. Pets welcome!

Villa Myyry villa on the shore of Pielisjoki

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Spacious and bright apartment

A spacious and bright apartment next to the square, with one balcony overlooking the square and in summer another balcony in use for the large backyard. Shops and services are nearby, as are public transport bus stops. The size of the building's end apartment is 113m2, with 3 separate bedrooms (1hh, 2hh, 2hh), a small kitchen, a dining area, a large living room, a bathroom/toilet and a small separate toilet. The apartment is suitable for a larger group or family with children looking for a quiet place to rest.

Wild log cabin by the lake

A charming log cabin for rent on the shores of the wild and fishy Lake Koitere. On a beautiful pine plot, there is a magnificent sandy beach and a campfire site with good views of the lake. Next to the beach there is a private sauna building, which also has a sleeping barn. The barn has sleeping accommodations for two people and a fireplace. On the beach, a rowboat that is freely available. The beach is shallow and sandy. The cottage is not new, but has the patina of time in the structures (60 years old).

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

This cozy terraced house apartment close to the center's services has a living room, bedroom and open kitchen, as well as a sauna and outdoor terrace. The area has good opportunities for exercise and outdoor activities. In summer, you can comfortably jog to the beautiful shores of Lake Ilomantsi on the gravel track near the terraced house, and in winter, you can ski to the nearby ski trail. The central location allows you to explore local attractions. The apartment includes a heated garage space.

In winter, the lake offers opportunities for ice fishing, skating and skiing. A spacious courtyard and a cozy villa create the perfect setting for relaxation in the middle of nature.

Home from the last millennium

Majoitu keskellä Kiteetä, torin kulmalla, kaikki palvelut on kävelymatkan päässä. Talo on 50-luvulta ja sisustus 90- luvulta. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja olohuoneessa kaksi 80 cm sänkyä. Lisävuodemahdollisuus kahdelle 10cm patjoilla.Keittiö on retro nykyaikaisilla koneilla kuitenkin.Wc pieni mutta puhdas ja siisti. Suihkutilat on alakerrassa, yhteiset toisen huoneiston kanssa, lukittava ovi. Puuvillaiset Marimekon vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet pestään hajustamattomalla pesuaineella ja mankeloidaan.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha
