The place is close to the Catholic University of the Maule which was where I was going, so I was very practical for the stay, the apartment had everything I needed for the days I was there. In addition to mentioning that Jaime was an excellent host. I will definitely be back next time.

Everything is very nice, an impeccable apartment. Everything is in order, just have to confirm the address that appears on the platform due to a street error, the rest is excellent.

Excellent accommodation, ideal for leaving the vehicle parked and getting around on foot. Very conveniently located, close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Very well equipped and excellent service from Paola. We'll be back for sure.

We were two very comfortable couples, it has everything you need to spend a few days. The apartment is new and gleaming. The host, Francisco, very nice, and expeditious. The location is correct and the best part of all is security!

Simple and very cozy decoration. Beautiful view, you can hear the sea at night, very close to the sand hills, very good locomotion. 10 minutes from downtown. WIFI flew, all TVs with internet and cable, there is a second set of keys in case you go out in a group. Southwest-facing first floor location on the hill of Villa Copihue. Everything was fantastic, we had already gone, the accommodation does not disappoint. 1000% recommended.

To begin with, David was very courteous and considerate. The apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, with very quick access for those going to Talca from Argentina (Paso Pehuenche). There is a Jumbo 3 blocks away and the Mall is 4 blocks away!!! The apartment was spotless, it is very nice and comfortable. If I go back to Talca, I'll definitely rent in the same place! Super recommended

It was like sleeping at home only that quieter and with a beautiful setting. It really met all expectations and exactly fits the description in the listing. I liked the deal with Pavel, I would have loved to meet him in person, but his responses were so immediate that we didn't need him to be present. Highly recommended for a rested stay.

Very nice and comfortable stay, close to the apartment there are many places to have breakfast or lunch, it is located in the heart of the city, impeccable apartment, excellent communication and for us who were traveling with our 2 year old a very safe apartment since it is located on the first floor. Very comfortable cabin and quiet environment… perfect for resting. The cabin has everything you need.

Francisca and Ignacio are very good hosts, close and willing to help. I loved the worry, we rent a tinaja and Francisca very worried that we could enjoy the sunset. The view of the cabin is really beautiful, a place to disconnect. It's a nice stay for two people.

Carla was very quick to respond to any questions and everything was perfect!

Luxury stay. We had the place almost for us on our own, including the jars that were shared even though they were almost private. It is a pleasant place to go to disconnect and Don Claudio and his lady are very kind in their attention, in addition to everything clean and heated. Experience 10/10
