Ideal spot for our first time to our Hot Springs! Walking distance to Bathhouse Row and everything downtown. Cozy, yet spacious loft with all the amenities. Elegant, without being stuffy. Would definitely stay here for a comfortable night or two if when we visit again. Thanks for everything, y’all!

We loved our stay here! Such a cute little apartment. It was the perfect 2 night stay for us and our 5 month old! It came stocked with everything we needed, was just a short drive from downtown, and was very clean! We have already decided that we will stay here again the next time we come back to hot springs!

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! My hubby and I totally recommend Dennis & his beautiful wife.... they were awesome!🥰

Peaceful and Tranquil. Billy and Char have an amaysing place to unplug and unwind from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend their beautiful place.

My son stayed at Darren's place while visiting the University of Central Arkansas. Darren was helpful, flexible and friendly. His place was a great value and in a location that was very convenient for us. We would definitely book again!

Beautiful home we had all we needed and more. We only needed to stay one night and we were very glad we stayed here instead of a hotel especially with the pups. We felt very safe with our luggage and e-bikes left outside in the back of the property.

JD'S place was fantastic. It was exactly as described. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The only disappointment was that I only stayed one night as I was just passing through this time. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful home! The cats were so sweet, adorable and snuggly! Just know they also want to snuggle at night, so you will be woken up a bit ;) Communication was very smooth, easy location to get around. Only okay neighborhood, but I felt safe enough. The home was clean and cozy!

Kara’s home was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming! We instantly felt right at home! The water and snacks were greatly appreciated. Everything was spotless! Beds were comfortable and the living areas were very inviting! My family had a great stay!

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

We had such a great time staying in Carrie’s place and she was extremely accommodating. It’s so close to everything you would want to see without being smack dab in the middle of the tourist area. We wanted to try squeezing in a trip to the bath houses the last morning we were there unaware of how long it would take and Carrie gave us a couple hours extra to check out which we really appreciated.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb vacation rentals - most have been really great, but Amy’s condo was simply perfect. She has thought of everything - beach towels, sun screen, lovely robes, a welcome tray of goodies, a fully stocked coffee bar .. literally everything we wanted was at our finger tips. Amy even went so far as to leave adorable cake pops for my friend’s birthday!! The condo was immaculate and smelled so nice when we arrived! The back deck has comfortable furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine each night. The condo is right next to the pool (super clean and quiet) which was really convenient. Amy was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with - when we had an issue with accessing a streaming channel, she immediately responded and resolved the problem! You will not be sorry if you rent this adorable condo - it’s magic!

We had a great time at the condo, especially sitting looking out over the river. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Jess was very easy to deal with. A lovely stay.
