Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. Luxury self-contained shepherd's hut on the Somerset/Devon border. Situated in the peaceful rural countryside with beautiful views across the rolling hills. Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.

Our lovely 2-bed cottage sits on the edge of Exmoor and is only a 20min walk from local amenities. A cosy home from home, with a wood burner (logs provided), broadband, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, including tea coffee milk etc. A pretty little garden to enjoy the lovely view, secure off road parking for 1 car plus additional parking available with prior arrangement. One well behaved dog welcome.

This simple hideaway is a short walk to all the amenities of the bustling little town of Wiveliscombe and within 10 miles of Exmoor. Excellent circular walks and bike rides from the cottage, if you like hills and wonderful views!
