Dining outdoors will be over a Weber BBQ. Shops are 2 Kms away and the train station is 3 Kms away. Paris is 55 minutes by train and DISNEYLAND Park is 25 minutes by car. Provins and its medieval city 45 minutes. The Parc des Félins is 15 minutes away, and Le Parrot World is 5 km (3 miles) away. TSF STUDIOS and BACKLOT 77 4.5 km away.

Located in the historic center of Mauperthuis, this charming Briard house welcomes you with family or friends for moments of conviviality and tranquility, accommodating up to 6 people. (3 bedrooms + 1 office) Located 25 minutes from Disneyland Paris and La Vallée Village, 1 hour from Paris, 45 minutes from Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, 40 minutes from Provins, 15 minutes from Parrot World, and 10 minutes from Parc des Félin, you won't get bored! A washing machine is also available for stays of one week or more.

Located in an old farmhouse from 1850, this atypical and peaceful building offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, just 1 hour from Paris, and 30 minutes from Disney and Provins. This former architectural workshop transformed into an artist's residence is open at certain times of the year as a guest house. Our two houses are independent. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, with a swimming pool and a one-hectare garden, which we share with our dog and our two sheep.

This renovated atypical house, in meulières stones is independent, it will charm you within its 120 m². It can accommodate from 2 to 12 people (day and night). You will find calm and serenity for a guaranteed change of scenery at the gates of Paris.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

It is also nice to enjoy its walled garden and small swimming pool (from May to late September) or terraces with benches, tables and barbecue.
