The room is spacious (16x14) with attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser and other basic amenities. Parking is available within the compound. The Home Stay has 2 queensize beds & 1 comfy sofa cum bed and can easily accomodate 5 people. The pool is a rainwaterharvesting unit and fresh water may not be available/feasible for swimming purposes all the time!

This apartment is on the Ground Floor for easy access for any differently- abled or elderly guests who aren’t able to climb stairs, two entries are possible- one that has only a few stairs as shown in the pictures and one through the caretaker’s room which would require no stairs i.e., directly from the car park to the apartment. In the middle of Shillong Town and the New Shillong Township. 3 kms to NEIGHRIMS. 5 kms to Laitumkhrah. 8 kms to Police Bazaar. 5 kms to Polo Ground.
