Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mayabeque

Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Marcos’ place. Location was safe and walkable to a park and a rocky beach. Home was lovely. His attention made our stay in Cuba much easier than I worried it would be. He offered us fresh meals and set us up with a driver for the duration of our trip. Thank you!

Having a in laws in Habana behind there many times this place exceeds all Airbnb I had been before. Great for families, WIFI , generator is a life saver there outstanding lunch worth every penny. Location is perfect. Thanks Irmita and Amadito you’re the best.

Amazing appartement! Calm place and the terrasse is great. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If you want to have a quiet and private place, this is certainly a good choice. 15 minutes away from the Capitol by walk! Every question I had was proactively answered!

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

incredible value. we have the entire place to ourselves and it was just four of us. super helpful staff that gave recommendations on things to do and where to go along with exchanging money and making meals on demand. we hung out with them and got to really enjoy ourselves. I would recommend this location for groups that want to be close to everything and walkable. also nice that there is security at the house every evening and staff available 24/7 to help with any needs.

An authentic Cuban finca all for yourself, with a spacious clean and neat house and a huge garden with fruit trees. My partner and I felt at home here, and always so well taken care of by the utterly and genuinely friendly hosts. We missed these people and the place as soon as we left. We enjoyed daily short strolls to the nearby village Barreras (for buying produce etc), and the around 45 min walk to the most gorgeous beach nearby. One can also take taxi to the beach, and to the bigger and busier beach-town Guanabo. It may be smart to bring your own mosquito net/tent, but only for the twilight and early mornings, even though we rarely got bitten. The kitchen is spaceous and has all the basics. I can warmly recommend it, with its local Cuban charm and the most helpful and exellent hosts. This place is a gem!

This is one our favorite places to stay in the entire world! We feel like family here. Allan and Natalia are fantastic hosts, with restaurant recommendations, personal followup with any questions that may come up, and they make sure your stay is the best it can be. We also got to see the cleaning service in action when we said that they could go ahead and come in for a scheduled cleaning before we went out for the day. No wonder the place always looks clean...it is clean! We watched as the cleaner wiped every surface on the kitchen cabinet doors, even. And everthing in the entire apartment was sanitized to exacting standards. We were impressed! Don't book any other place in Havana. This is home!

Diana is a 10 host. She is kind, helpful, attentive, caring, discreet, respectful...my daughter and I were a few sick days and her concern and familiarity confirmed that being in her apartment was a hit. Apartments of more or less comfort we can find without a doubt, the difficult thing is to find a host who knows how to combine attention and at the same time respect your privacy and living space and Diana gives that balance in an exceptional way. His apartment is located in an unbeatable area of Vedado where there is all kinds of service and from which you can move without problems to other places and not to do so, the terraces of the apartment are perfect to rest with a good coffee or whatever it affects. Thank you thousand Diana for being so special, my family and I are more than satisfied and I recommend to the Airbnb Community, that in Havana they do not miss the opportunity to be in their apartment and have the joy of meeting them. Close to the viazul bus station. Apart from that there is not much to do in this barrio. By foot it's 45-50mins to the center. Jakeline was really welcoming and even let us stay a bit longer to take a quick shower before our long flight. Thank you!

My friends and I only stayed one night, but Eli was extremely careful and kind at our reception. Communication with her throughout the process was great. The rooms were very clean and the small courtesies of products were great. We paid 5 dollars to use the Wi-Fi for 20 hours and she helped us with a taxi to the airport for 30 dollars. The apartment is not in the busiest part of Vedado, but we were able to go to the main places in the region on foot with total tranquility. If we go back to Havana, we'd stay again.

I had a great stay at Gloria’s place! The apartment was very clean, easy to find, and exactly as described. Gloria is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. She gave us plenty of great recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Havana. The place is definitely worth the money we paid, and I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the city. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Monica’s was not a normal stay, it was a wholesome experience ! From pickup at the airport to supporting us in every single thing day-to-day, Monica was very helpful and didn’t hesitate any moment to support us. The apartment is just magnifique ! Clean and cosy, way better than the pictures and description + a lovely delicious breakfast+ very accessible (close to all spots) and easy to find. Monica and Roberto didn’t stop here, they went above and beyond to the point they dropped us in Varadero to continue our trip as they have a beautiful water front (pieds dans l’eau) house close to Varadero, which I highly recommend if you are travelling to Varadero since she offers discount for La Habana guests. We are already missing our morning discussions in her antique store located under the apartment ! Recommending this place for stay isn’t enough, it is a whole package. Great apartment that is very clean and well appointed! Alex and his sister are very nice and helpful people, you got questions answered immediately! You were in 20-30 minutes walking to the old town of Havana. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was very noisy and dirty, but that's probably just the European/German feeling. Havana is different than a German city...

Our stay at Isa's place was very good. From the reception from Umberto, one of the managers in charge of the house, who was concerned about our arrival since we were delayed due to the flight. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious with their delicious mango juices, fruit dishes, toast, tortilla and a long etc. We were so delighted with the treatment received from Umberto that we repeated our stay in the final stage of our trip. Also noteworthy is the attitude of Mercedes, Isa's sister, who treated us as if we were family. We will miss the talks about Cuban history. Thanks for everything, wait

Dayi and her daughter are super friendly; they treat me like family. They are also good at speaking English, so don't be afraid to ask them for help. I enjoy a good breakfast and coffee every morning, and they even welcome me to join their dinner time. The house is in a good location to visit the old town in Cuba, and they also offer air conditioning, hot water, and water. They make my trip to Havana excellent, I really hope to see them one day☺️

They were great.. been very accomodating. House has very comfy beds. Showers had awesome water pressure. Breakfast was fabulous also. Joli was wonderful

Central location,secure building,supportive staff.We were educated about the community and its rich history. Restaurant recommendations were great..Safe and comfortable. A real feel of history..Breakfast and coffee was wonderful.Highly recommend this gem .Frank,Fernando and all staff were top notch . We learned something from everyone there..

This place was amazing! I highly recommend staying here. It is very clean, very spacious, had great working A/C in the bedrooms and my favorite part was the rooftop patio. Great views, privacy and a wonderful breeze! There are two ladies who greeted us upon our arrival who spoke perfect English. That made it very helpful as I do not speak Spanish. They were very kind and made us feel very welcome. They will arrange anything you need from local taxis, tours, massages, places to eat etc. Staying here made my trip to Cuba that much more enjoyable. It’s nice to have a spot to relax and feel truly comfortable at the end of a long day after touring Havana.

The house is spectacular, it's better in person than in the photos. Large, spacious and also very private. The pool is undoubtedly the best, we all enjoy it a lot. We went to spend a few days with the family and we were all delighted. Thank you Jaquelin, Laura and Mariano, always attentive to what we needed. I recommend it 100%. We'll be back.
