La Bellazière, heated covered swimming-pool

PLEASE note : the POOL will be heated from beg. of April to mid- November. Ask for exact dates! No pool outside those dates, it cannot be heated on request. Sorry! We are open year-round and you will like the area for its preserved countryside, nice walking paths, the beach at the Sille Lake, the quaint villages, markets... and also chateaux and museums! The private studio is located in an exceptional place, in connection with the nature and horses. Studio includes a large living room 50m² with a kitchen and a bathroom, including a mezzanine for sleeping. The studio is completely renovated. Located in the Sarthe, 30 mins from Le Mans (24H/Mans), 40mins from Laval and 15 mins from Sablé sur Sarthe. It's a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Beautiful cottage with pool

4/6 person cottage located in the heart of a wood, at the Château du Lattay in Andouillé, 15 min Laval. On site, you can walk through the forest or around the animal parks. You are a fisherman, there is river access nearby. games; foosball table, table tennis, pétanque court. Swimming pool access available from May to September, (paid option) The cottage is only available from Monday to Friday, on weekends we are booked for events .

Frédéric and Laura welcome you to their farmhouse, in a barn completely renovated in 2022. Come and enjoy this peaceful place in the countryside, 25 minutes from Le Mans. Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.
