Casa Coco is located in a very quiet area, ideal for watching the sunrise and seeing the sun and moon rise over the mountain. From the main street to Casa Coco you have to climb 61 steps if you come walking, we also have vehicular access and parking on the street. The house is equipped with a bedroom with a king-size bed and A/C, high-speed Starlink internet, a private bathroom, hot water, a kitchen, a dining room, a desk, a cool room with an ocean view, and a terrace with a Jacuzzi.

La Bonita San Agus, a 3-minute walk to the sea

La Bonita is a beautiful house in the heart of San Agustinillo, just 300 steps from the sea on a small hill where the breeze blows cool and the view is incredible. The house has three bedrooms, individual bathrooms with hot water, a pool, incredible terraces, hammocks, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, Wi-Fi, TV and a small parking lot. Usually you can hear the sea and the birds but currently San Agus is growing and sometimes there may be noise from some nearby construction.

Waking up in this place is a dream! The house is right on the beach facing the ocean to enjoy the best sunsets every day. It has two levels. The bedroom is at the top as is the workspace (Starlink) and hammocks to rest. The roof is a large palapa. The house has a small private pool from which you can enjoy the best view of Mermejita beach. The house is very open to enjoy the freshness of the wind and the best views.

Located on a beautiful hill just 7 minutes from the sea, our cabin offers a spectacular view. To access the cabin, you need to climb a steep dirt road, which guarantees the privacy and exclusivity of the place. The cabin is built in harmony with nature, which means that occasionally you may find some insects or small animals, although we carry out regular fumigations to keep the place safe and comfortable.

Tzalam and Copal are large, two level villas with bedrooms on each floor complete with private baths. They are located in the gardens surrounding the main pool and feature open air living rooms, kitchens, and dining areas. Comfortable king beds and air conditioning assure a good night’s sleep. The lush foliage gives the feeling of living in nature as well as a sense of privacy.

With a spectacular sea view and surrounded by the trees of Mermejita Mountain, Casita Erizo is one of two independent casitas in our house: La Extraviada. It's located only five walking minutes away from the calm and majestic Mermejita beach and 15 minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.

El Cactus Playa Mermejita Cabin.

The "El Cactus" cabin is located on Mermejita beach in Mazunte. It is part of a set of two cabins and a house distributed in a space surrounded by plants. It has a traditional royal palm roof (palapa) and is surrounded by a tropical garden guaranteeing coolness all day just a hundred meters from the sea.
