We invite you to a comfortable year-round cottage located on Lake Wadąg, in a closed settlement in Szypra. The lake is in a quiet zone. A friendly place for anglers and mushroom pickers. The cottage has an area of 102 m2 in a terraced building (4 cottages). At your disposal will be: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and fireplace, as well as a terrace and garden. The beach with a jetty for the exclusive use of the residents of the settlement and guests is located about 90 m from the door of the cottage.

Inside you will find everything you need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the Sleepy cottage you will find 4 sleeping places, a sofa for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and on the mezzanine there is a second bed and a reading corner with a view of the horizon.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. There is also a kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob) with full equipment and a bathroom with a shower. There is half a hectare of meadow around the house, which is only at your disposal. Lake Dobskie and the great beach in Jerzykowo are about 4 km away. The house is adjacent to the bicycle path around Masuria.
