Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The house was extremely comfortable for our family of 11. The home was modern and cozy, the wrap around porch was great!

Julie's house was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and all the amenities. The game room was a total blast, with something for everyone. We spent hours playing pool and ping pong. The outdoor area was just as impressive. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. The dock was an added bonus, perfect for docking your boat and just a short walk from the house. Overall, Julie's house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to go back!

Watercolor cottage is in a great location in Carlton Landing. There is a park right outside the door. The house is so cozy and has everything you need. Easy walk to pools, the Meeting House, nature trail. We enjoyed our stay!

we absolutely loved the house and location. The views are as good as nearly any house at Carlton Landing and the porches were my wife's favorite part of the entire trip. Front porch with 2 swings, side porch with dinner table is screened in (had many meals there) and the upstairs screened in porch is the best kept secret of the house. Very clean, workout room was such a plus and proximity to pickleball/tennis/basketball court was so fun for our family. We absolutely hope to stay here again!

This is a great house. This is the second time our family has stayed in this house. The location is perfect - so close to the pools, the pop up shops, and restaurants. The kids love the bunk room.

This was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway! The home itself was beautiful, clean, and within walking distance to all Carlton Landing amenities! Larry provided wonderfully detailed house instructions as well as recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The community pools were lovely and I’m sure during the summer months there is even more to do within the community! We had a 10 out of 10 stay and will definitely be returning hopefully in the near future! Thank you Larry for being an amazing host!

Both Megan and Scott were great host. Always responsive to questions and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was fabulous and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We had a big storm come through but with the safe room and generator - it’s was no problem. We appreciate having a place like this to feel at home while visiting my son in college. This house is in the town of Stigler in southeastern Oklahoma. You might not expect a 5-star property in that locale, but here you go! This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with a rural feel. It's a reminder that not all of Oklahoma looks or acts like the metropolitan centers. This morning I looked out the stained glass window in the kitchen to see horses grazing on a nearby pasture. What a treat! The patio is delightful and yes, you can have your coffee and watch the birds while listening to the ripple of the nearby water fountain. Great living area, kitchen, comfortable beds...and there's even a real piano. The host was attentive and communicative. Great experience.

Had to stay in Talihina to have my baby and my family needed a place to stay, she let us check in early to help accommodate our needs. Left us farm fresh eggs and was an amazing host! Will stay again if we ever need to

Jessica was super nice and responsive and easy to talk to. The house was perfect for two small families to stay together. The kids loved the bunk room and the backyard. We loved that the adults both got full bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. We had such a good time! Lovely place!

We absolutely loved this place! It was peaceful and a much needed space to relax. It was perfect for a needed getaway, my wife really enjoyed the porch it was a great space for my wife and I to enjoy our newborn. The host was very accommodating, and helpful.

We loved the family atmosphere and charm of Carlton’s Landing. The 2 golf carts made our stay extra fun and convenient. The weather was rainy a lot during our short stay but the house was so comfortable that we loved just playing games and making memories inside. We did get to visit all 3 pools and our older grandkids lived the inflatable obstacle course. Would recommend and hope to return again.

Patricia’s Fish Haven delivered on the relaxing, cozy weekend our group was looking for. The space very comfortably accommodated our group of 5 adults. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware/tools. Additionally, the neighbors are incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s a wonderful spot.

We absolutely loved our two night stay at the wake zone! There was more than enough space to comfortably accommodate our group of 10. The hosts are so very kind and generous and instantly made us feel welcome. Their home was just incredible and they thought of everything when setting this house up. We’ve stayed at many Air B&B‘s and this was by far one of our top favorites! There were so many extras and so much attention to detail. There wasn’t a single thing that we felt like we were missing. We enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, and the stunning views from the deck but our favorite part was the direct access to the lake and private dock. It’s a steep slope down to the water but the ramps and railings made it easier and it was totally worth the hike once you’re down there. You can tie your boat off at their dock and swim, float, or fish the day away! Our experience here was a 10/10 and we will definitely be back! Thank you Jeromy!

Quaint little home. I’ve stayed here twice now in the last 12 months and have been very happy with both visits. I initially reserved the whole house for my trip but plans changed and when it came time for the trip I didn’t need all three rooms. So I closed off one side of the house and just used one room. I love that the house has that option. The host provided very clear instructions before my arrival. There were no questions at all. The bigger side of the house has two bedrooms and one bath. One bed is super soft and the other is moderate in my opinion. I like a very soft mattress so this was perfect and super comfortable for me. The kitchen has a few non-perishable items. So that’s convenient. But I would like to have had some ice. Although there were ice trays in the freezer, they were empty. So, I had to go get a cup of ice from Sonic. The living room furniture was very comfortable. TV had Roku on it so I was able to watch TV. I would def recommend this place.

Stayed here with some family, and the house was the base for everyone else to meet up at and visit while we were in the area, and it was perfect. Plenty to do, so after an initial grocery run, there wasn't any need to leave during the stay, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Quite happy with the stay. :)

You won’t find a nicer host or house on Lake Eufaula! I can’t recommend this place any higher! Thank you Ash for hosting us Memorial Day weekend, absolutely awesome experience!
