We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Rosewood Retreat was a beautiful house, spacious for a large group. My family and I had an amazing time here and everyone loved the house.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Stayed here for my 26th birthday with a few girlfriends and it was so lovely!! It was very relaxing and an absolutely beautiful home. Would recommend to anyone! the hot tub was also great 😍

Jo was very helpful throughout our stay and made everything easy for us. The house is perfect for families with kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment you arrive and walk upstairs you are greeted with the most amazing view from an outstanding house in a quiet location. 4 great size bedrooms with comfy beds and linen, bathrooms with everything you need and a kitchen with a view. Sina was amazing and incredibly responsive. This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a great holiday.

This place is clean, lots of room, beautiful view and great amenities. Was very comfortable for all the family and I loved sitting in the peace of the fire reading my book of a night. I even got a little work done at the desk. View was 10/10 and kitchen was well appointed

The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this home justice - it's even more beautiful than the pictures could reflect. The view from the floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows was spectacular and we even stayed during the miserably cold and stormy winter holiday weekend. It was wonderful to watch the storm over the bay and the rain beside a cozy fire inside. I wish we could have taken advantage of the expansive deck and patio furniture. The inside is modern and luxe. Given the luxurious views and design, it is understandably a quite expensive stay. Kurt was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Peter and Ros were great hosts, they met us at the property at check-in, and gave us a tour of the place, explaining all the wonderful features. The property is in immaculate condition….clean, modern, spacious and well-appointed. We were also very impressed with how well it was provisioned….lots of glassware, crockery, cutlery, pantry ‘staples’ and coffee pods. The views of the Bay are magnificent, from either inside the house or out on the large deck. A very quiet, private street, only a short distance from great cafes, restaurants, pubs / clubs and golf courses. We will be back next year!

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Our family of six plus our fur baby thoroughly enjoyed the property and the surrounds. The highlight was the heated spa fabulous for a winters day soak and big enough for everybody, the fireplace was great and got a lot of use, the house is huge but cosy, kitchen was well equipped, beds are comfy, we would definitely stay again.

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Friends and I enjoyed a fabulous stay here. Being close to the beach was great for walks. The kitchen was well set up for cooking, which worked well for us. We enjoyed an evening visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs - I highly recommend the night timeslot! The host was responsive and flexible.

Josh's kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Cracking view. Beds are very comfortable. Josh always responded quickly. Would love to stay again!

We had a great stay for 6 nights . Awesome view of the bay and the ships passing by. Everything we needed was there. Lift was a welcome bonus. Only a few minutes drive to either Rosebud or Dromana and supermarket a couple of minutes drive away. Would thoroughly recommend this property.
