Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in McGregor

We did not spend much time at the accommodations as we had full days during our visit to Franschhoek, yet we found the apartment welcoming. The place was clean and the well decorated. While the QR code for Nespresso instructions did not work, we managed to figure out how to use it (first time users). The milk in the fridge for coffee was a nice addition. Monika coordinated our check-in and met us upon arrival to give us the keys. She was very friendly and responsive to ensure our second room setup was for two single beds versus a king-sized bed. The place is situated close to the main strip with restaurants and shops. We found it an easy 10-12 minute walk. We would happily stay here again during another visit to the area.

Perfect location, close to town but still far away so that you could relax. Farm is beautiful, with an amazing spot to have sundowners while surrounded by the majestic Franschoek mountains. Manager was responsive, super helpful and flexible.

This apartment was above and beyond any expectations . Check in was easy and Monika helped us find a driver for the next day. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed and more . Every fixture felt luxurious . It had a beautiful covered balcony to watch the sunset from and an easy walk into town to the restaurants . The wells ticked wine fridge was a plus . Cannot recommend enough!

This is a quiet, peaceful and private apartment about a 10 minute walk from the main street in Franschhoek. It's a great base for a couple of days of wine tasting, and is very comfortable. Robyn is a terrific host - responsive, proactive, and has lots of great suggestions for restaurants, wineries and more. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a great stay! We loved the cottage and its surrounds - so much character, super clean, beautiful bedding and towels, special little touches such as the coffee pods and delicious rusks, oh, and the smell of lavender in the air! Lovely fireplace, big screen TV, amazing shower and peaceful environment. One cannot find a more perfect location! Can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the garden and pool to the full! The home is exactly as described, and more.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate and it is clear that Eveline has put a lot of care and attention into setting this house. The outdoors space was also excellent with lovely seating areas, a pool and a well equipped braai area. The property was walking distance to the town and wine tram. We had a lovely relaxing time at this property.

This place magical and beyond what is seen in pictures! The attention to the very little details was amazing! Super peaceful place and highly recommended for anyone likes to get out of the city life and relax. The host was also super helpful and informed us of all that we needed to know before and during our stay . Loved our girls trip weekend at David’s place. Super easy check in and clear instructions on how the house worked. Location was incredible, we walked for coffees and dinners and a short drive to surrounding wine farms and wine tram. So much to do in the area, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped and tastefully decorated. High quality and well appointed kitchen. Gorgeous outside area for dining, and a little plunge pool for hot days. The town is walkable and full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful Franshhoek holiday.

Our weekend at The Black House in Robertson was truly exceptional. Tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close to top wine farms, it was the perfect base for exploring the region. The warm welcome from our host, complete with a delicious homemade quiche and lemon meringue pie set the tone for a relaxing, indulgent stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and serene outdoor spaces that strike a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home. We left refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful wine country escape.

A really lovely place and very friendly hosts. Franshoek itself is very pretty and this is a great location for the wine tram and getting to the main street.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Fransschoek. The apartment was perfect for 4 people, with generous bedrooms and bathrooms. It was also close to town which made it easy to get around. It has a beautiful balcony with views of the mountains and we enjoyed sundowners sitting outside. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Raba’s beautiful cottage! She was such a friendly and accommodating host, making check-in and check-out super easy and flexible. Her local recommendations were spot on and really added to our experience. We were also welcomed by her beautiful dogs, which added that extra touch of home away from home—they were such a lovely surprise! The cottage itself is stunning—beautifully decorated with thoughtful design throughout, and plenty of different spaces to relax and enjoy. The facilities were amazing and had everything we needed.
