We had a great stay at house. Chris was very responsive in answering any questions. Make sure to take coffee as there was none at the house and the closest shopping place was 20 minutes away in Paris. Also the kitchen is somewhat sparsely furnished. Definitely would return.

The place was excellent plenty of room for us and the kids to move around inside. Everything was very clean inside and out. If I had any complaint it would be the beds. They felt a little uncomfortable and terrible pillows. Overall an excellent stay for a great price. The community was very beautiful.

Definitely worth visiting this gem of a place. The host was very friendly and kind and professional. The place was very peaceful and homely both. The pool was very very clean and worth swimming in. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Jackson TN.

Place worked out perfect for our family to stay in for our grandsons wedding. Very clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and convenient location.

Ken is an outstanding host. And honestly my new favorite on Airbnb. His communication is quick and responsive. My fridge went out and he had it replaced the next morning. He is a very tentative and helpful host. He gave me some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities. He knows the area very well. The home was described in the listing very accurately. It's an older little Guesthouse. But it has everything I needed for a one month stay while I was in town working. I highly recommend Ken and look forward to staying at one of his listings again soon.

Our family had a fantastic time! We said the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful setting, really nice home with everything you could need. Fire pit was very nice and we loved using the kayaks. We were impressed by how many kayaks, chairs, floats at the pool, towels etc provided. Even two fridges. It was well equipped for our large family! The bird watching was a bonus. Thank you for everything!

House is very convenient to the things we needed. I guess it’s a local Mennonite or Amish store is amazing and they must visit just a few miles away. Located right on the river you can fish from the riverbank or enjoy an afternoon hanging out in their outdoor bar. She was a great host very helpful even sent an AC mechanic just in case something was wrong, but the house was as described and a cozy river cabin.

We had a great weekend at Black Eagle Retreat. The place itself was so impressively constructed and staged for relaxation. We appreciated the comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen and great shower! We loved both porches depending on where the sun was shining. The hot tub was great!! The best was being at the level of birds as they flew nearby with a great view as a backdrop.

Monica was easy to communicate with. The boathouse was exactly as described and very cute. It was great for our quick overnight stay. The house was stocked well and had everything we needed, though we did not utilize the kitchen for much because we didn’t arrive until late and left early. We will definitely consider staying again when we are in the area.

My family really enjoys Noble's Nest. The house feels like home. It's comfy and cozy. Shanon has it supplied with everything you need. Noble's Nest is always super clean. We also like that it's located only 15 minutes from our relatives. We definitely will return.

Mark was a great host. The rental was extremely clean and he was very responsive and friendly. He gave us a tour of his homestead and was really knowledgeable and passionate about his animals and farm which was great to see. Highly recommend staying here if youre looking to visit the area.

Clean property, accurate listing, and convenient location to downtown Martin, TN. The fenced yard was a plus as I was traveling with my dog.

We loved our stay at Ashley’s when we were in town for a wedding. The home is beautifully decorated and Ashley was responsive to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to a few local places. We would stay again!

Diane was a great host! the cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. we enjoyed the porch swings and utdoor amenities. we didn't want to leave. The kitchen was STOCKED...not just a pot or two and silverware. we grilled and enjoyed supper on the porch the second night. so well kept and clean. The best weekend away we have had in a while. Also I had left a couple items behind the door that Diane messaged me about and was so helpful and went out of her way to leave with family to bring back home! 12/10 all the way around🥰

Really lovely spot, had a small issue and Host was right on top of it, non-intrusive, was just wonderful. Loved that there was coffee, sugar and creamer there!!!

This place was awesome! The location was perfect and in a great neighborhood. We were very comfortable during our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4 and gave us space to spread out. The decor is amazing and looks like it could be out of a magazine. We would stay here again!

The house was beautiful and perfect for the 5 people that we had. Really enjoyed not having a TV as it allowed us to spend time with each other. If we are in the area again I would definitely choose this house again.

Brandy’s place was perfect for our weekend for my nieces wedding. Conveniently located just 15 mins from the wedding venue. Restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away. Our fur babies were welcomed at no extra charge. They even had doggie treats, poop bags and blankies for them. I would definitely recommend Brandy’s Woodshop place for your stay in Union City.

Was a great stay for a fishing trip with the kids and grandkids. Very nicely decorated place with all needs met. Was a great price as well! We would dedinitely stay here again when visiting Kentucky Lake! Excellent communication with the host, very responsive to all needs and friendly!
