Holiday rentals with a patio in McKinnon

Nice private apartment in a perfect location in St Kilda close to transport and restaurants. Loved that the parking space had a power point for electric vehicle charging. Self check-in was very easy!

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

All was very good. Michelle and Peter were friendly, approachable and helpful. All was as described. Clean, neat and bright apartment. The trams were not quiet but did not bother us.

Emily's place is as gorgeous and cozy as it looks like in the pictures if not more. I absolutely loved my stay there. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, comfy, convenient, and thoughtfully equipped with pretty much everything you would ever need. Free parking on the street right in front of the door was super convenient. Pantry has everything we need to prepare breakfast/coffee etc. shower & hot water runs perfectly. bed was super comfy. I felt really really sad when it's time to go. Definitely recommend this place & will come back when I'm next in Melb. Thank you for everything Emily!

Haijing’s place was very well located and quiet even though it was within easy distance to every city convenience. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. I enjoyed my time there and give high marks to this host and her place. Thank you!

Perfect location if you want to get shopping and the Casino. Place was great size for an older family of 4. Nice and relaxing after a full day on your feet.

Sebastian is an extremely responsive and helpful host. The apartment is right in the heart of Prahran, just a few metres off Chapel St. It is close to shops, restaurants and nightclubs - there's a cute winebar just downstairs. The neighbours are friendly. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in!

Emily has created a beautiful haven at Howards end. It felt so inviting to walk into and the impeccable styling throughout was a visual treat. The bed was super comfortable and furnishings divine. I can't wait to book my next stay. Thank you Emily. 🤍

A truly marvellous stay! We didn't want to leave, 4 nights wasn't enough. It's well located private feels like your somewhere else...easy within minutes drive to Olinda town. Unfortunately a few days the weather wasn't in our favour but the toasty woodfire place surely made up for it. Thankyou again, we appreciate the extra welcoming gift.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Dianna was wonderful! Couldn't have been better. I had a few questions and she was right there every time. The apartment was wonderful! It has everything you could need and is beautifully styled. The bed is incredibly comfortable and overall, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is also in a fabulous area, easy for public transport walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, post office and basically everything you could want. What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
