This stunning pool house is nestled on 42-acre estate, offering a blend of modern and serene beauty. You'll be staying on a property known as "the castle," a historical landmark. The pool house offers contemporary design with modern furnishings. The kitchen boasts Viking appliances, perfect for whipping up a gourmet meal or a snack. Step outside and unwind in the soothing hot tub under the stars or enjoy use of the full-sized court for a game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball.

Easy access to I55, I74, ISU, IWU, Heartland, State Farm, Rivian. Parking in driveway, plenty of street parking, up and downstairs backyard decks. Decor is eccentric, inclusive, diverse. We do require guests to have to rented from AIRBNB before and have reviews for us to view.

A space to relax during downtime, with amenities and the location to help you get back to work. This room is the master suite of the house with a California King bed, TV in-room, and a full bathroom all to yourself. Other than the bedrooms, the rest of the house is shared space. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, the basement with a workstation, and the backyard and deck area. There are also two cardio bikes in the garage for shared use.

The Courthouse Loft-History, hot tub, and coffee!

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
