Constructed in 1903, this home - sized suite occupies the upper floors of the duplex and possesses all the charm of a turn-of-the-century residence. Situated directly across from historic St. Luke's Church (1904) and a five minute walk to all services, including upscale supermarket, drug stores, liquor mart, trendy boutiques and numerous restaurants. Short distance via river trail to the Forks and Legislative Bldg.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo with loads of natural light! The living and sleeping areas are on separate levels, very quiet. Spacious balcony off the kitchen. Ideal for singles or couples. Washer and dryer directly i the unit. The newly opened Monuts cafe on the main floor of the building serves up delicious coffee and protein donuts! You are walking distance to downtown, the Forks, and all of the shops and cafes of Osborne Village. Within minutes of all major bus routes.

The entire main floor is yours. In one of the best neighborhoods in Canada. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and pubs in Winnipeg. A block from a grocery store and a few from downtown. Fireplace is only decorative. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. I live on the second and the third floor. The house is over 100 years old. There are four doors to the suite. Two outside doors, 1 to basement and 1 to the upstairs, which only I have access to. The windows are not operable.

The home is older, so lines aren't perfectly straight, but it boasts loads of character :)
