Grass lawns front and back with a brand new 8'x16' deck at the back door. The house is located less than 100 yards from the Dolores River, good fishing, swimming, kayaking and breathtakingly beautiful! Immediately emptying into McPhee Lake. Abundance of NF, bike trails, big game hunting!
