Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Meadow Woods

Very good location for those going to Disney and Universal parks. Flexible check-in, and well explained by the host. Ana responded very quickly to our questions. We had a problem with the window that got stuck, but it was resolved very quickly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, with all necessary kitchen utensils (only the stove is a little weak, but functional). The hot water in the shower worked perfectly and so did the air conditioning. Overall, a great stay, especially for the easy communication with the hosts.

The place is located in a nice area, the rooms are nice and clean, then owner is in good and fast communication, very helpful. To be able to use a nice swimming pool and a gym, that is very good. Parking is easy, there are many available paring places around. I would love to come back when next time we come!

Our stay in Orlando was wonderful! The house perfectly met our expectations: spacious, well-equipped, excellent location and everything very clean and organized. Communication with the host was also always quick and efficient. The only point that prevented it from being 100% impeccable was a problem with the dishwasher, which even with the technician's visit, could not be resolved during our stay. But other than that, everything was perfect and we would certainly stay here again!

Everything was great! The house was amazing, the pictures were just like the listing, some things were not there but it wasn’t a big deal. William was the best host, was very responsive and was very helpful! Would definitely come back to this place!! The bed was a little hard but you get used to it, overall 9/10 stay!

I was attracted the photos on display and the pad was actually bigger than I expected. The interior is real nice and the surrounding neighborhood was eye pleasing aswell. Visited all the way from Texas and I felt right at home. It's a comfortable place and I highly recommend it.

If you're looking for an Airbnb that blends in as a normal house in a normal neighborhood, this is the place for you. The house is very cleaned and well decorated. Very clean and overall a good house to stay in. Especially if you have a family. Last thing, it comes with a backyard and a garage to store your vehicle. Thank you Rosario for this Beautiful house. Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

This is our 2nd time staying and it was just as great as the first!

We stayed here right after our cruise before heading home, and it was perfect! Only about 10 minutes from the airport, so super convenient. I saw someone mention the neighborhood in a review, but honestly, once you walk into the house, it’s a total wow. The remodel looks amazing! The heated pool in the backyard was a huge hit our kids loved it, and the adults did too. There’s even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, which my teenage niece thought was so cool. The house was super clean, modern, and really comfy. We had such a fun time. Thanks for a great stay!

My family had a lovely time in this home. Luis was quick to respond when I reached out and overall it was a great experience. The pool area was fantastic, we opted to have it heated. There’s a lounge area and chairs to sunbathe. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if you’re cooking and we also got to enjoy our dinners outdoors. There’s some adult entertainment, as my family was able to have a good time playing pool. And the location was great to visit theme parks. I recommend this home and would definitely stay again :)

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

Kathy's condo at Floridays Resort was perfect for our needs. We were only there 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove. The condo is close to Discovery Cove and Sea World as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The interior is clean and there are plenty of linens and towels. There were paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, TP, etc. for 2-3 days. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum: dinnerware for 4, 1 pot, 1 skillet, 1 spatula, 1 serving spoon, 1 baking sheet, 1 baking dish, etc. It was adequate for our stay because we didn't do any real food preparation. If you plan on doing any serious cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware and knives. The resort grounds are tropical and beautifully landscaped. The outdoor hallways are looking a little tired and could use a good cleaning. There is a small pool fairly close by. The main pool and pool bar/shop, is on the opposite side of the resort so a decent walk.

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.
