Holiday rentals with beach access in Meaípe Beach

Excellent stay. We'll be back. Exactly as in the photos. Everything is clean, organized, flawless kitchen.

Great location, flexible check-in, the apartment was impeccable, bedding, towels, equipped kitchen. Our stay was super nice!! The hostess, Liliane, answered all questions quickly and clearly.

Everything is wonderful, I highly recommend it. The very friendly host Marilda and always paid a lot of attention. I only have to thank Marilda for everything.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just one observation, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. We will not only return, but we recommend it!

Loved the loft! The space is large, clean, comfortable and well decorated, with items needed to prepare meals. The location is excellent, close to the Bacutia and Peracanga beaches, as well as easy access to restaurants, shops and pharmacies. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I'll come back more often!

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

Juliana is very solicitous. The house is very complete and well cared for, with the right place for each item...we felt at home. Blackout curtains, super comfortable pillows and beds made our nights' sleep even better. The screens on the window provided more security for the children. Fully integrated apartment, facilitating mobility and providing spaciousness. The region is very quiet and has easy access to all regions of Guarapari. I was able to walk/run every morning and felt safe. On the last day, I discovered a charming restaurant in the city center that served delicious food by the kilo, with everything spotlessly clean. They also sold a wonderful bean-to-bar chocolate.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the hosted group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Very airy and safe house.

The stay was wonderful, Robson and his wife are very kind and are always ready to accommodate any request. The house is very well located, great for those who want to rest and want a quiet place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped, and very cool, almost no need to turn on the fans, it's so breezy. You can rent without fear, the hosts are wonderful and the house is a 10 in all requirements.

Great experience. Home very comfortable and well resolved. Stand in the sand and swimming pool with hydro a luxury. Perfect place for children, which always stood in plain sight.

First of all, I would like to thank Angélica who attended us in a moment of extreme urgency. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

Excellent accommodation! We found the apartment smelling as if it had just been cleaned. I traveled with my elderly parents, so I looked for an apartment close to the beach. Elaine's apartment is just 1 block from the beach, it was very good for them. The mattresses are great and the pillows too, we had good nights of sleep. The TV works and Elaine left the prime unlocked. My elderly father likes to watch the news. The shower has a lot of water, very good! The kitchen has a microwave, a blender, a mixer and a few pots. I didn't intend to make lunch at home, so it suited me perfectly. Don't be afraid to rent it, we really like it
