Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. The tiny home has a loft bedroom, bathroom with shower and composting toilet, kitchen, sitting area, and deck. You'll be surrounded by organic vegetable fields, 11 acres of woods, walking trails--and within perfect view of both the sunrise and sunset. You'll also have easy access to our farm store where you'll find fresh fruits & veggies, homemade soups & salads and so much more.

Timeless Farmhouse Escape w/ Historic Bank Barn

Bring the whole family! This property features a stunning Pennsylvania Dutch Bank Barn that began housing many farm animals until the 1950's, in which it then housed 3,000 laying hens until 1973. The barn was built c. 1856 The farmhouse has been updated with beautiful character. Sit on the wraparound porch or enjoy a beautiful sunset on the back patio in this peaceful setting. *No events or large gatherings *No pets (there is nearby boarding, if interested can give you information)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful RV Park. This RV has everything you will need (linens, kitchenware) to make your stay with us perfect, located in the center of the RV park surrounded by large shade trees. This RV park also has planned activities every weekend, a catch and release fishing pond, walking trails, camp store, game room, rec hall, snack shack, beer and wine lounge, laundry room, dog park, bathhouse, and a playground. Located only 20 min from Indiana Beach

Private Cottage in Gated Nudist Community

We offer a private cottage on the grounds of Lake O the Woods Club. Cottage has Queen size bed, air conditioning, heater, refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee maker, work/dining area, private deck and porta-potty. Payment of club daily grounds fee ($30-$60) is optional . Pricing on club website. There is no running water in the cottage. Bathrooms, showers, hot tub, sauna and swimming pool are available at the clubhouse and pool area after payment of grounds fees.
