Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Medianía Baja

The farm was cute and a nice addition after being at El Yunque all day. We were able to shower and walk over to grab a pizza and some drinks and take a stroll on the farm. The hammock was nice to lay in at night and listen to the sounds of nature around us. The outside bathroom is larger than the one inside and also has warm water so I suggest that shower if you do not want to be cold. Cristina accommodated a late check-in since our flight was delayed and ensured we had plenty of lighting and that the place was nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing, the house was just as described in the pictures! The host Nita was so attentive! She went out her way to accommodate my children to the point she bought a pack and play as well as a stroller for my little one!!!! Truly amazing, I will definitely be returning!

This house was amazing pictures don’t do justice! Very clean home and the area is perfect because there are stores around and excursions that are not far.

Overall the stay was great! Host was very responsive and helpful all around, left clear instructions on how to arrive and where to find everything. The place is welcoming and peaceful. Great views of the beach/ ocean and in walking distance. Definitely booking again when we return!

This home was not only beautiful but very inviting. With detailed instructions, well designed, decorated and clean. The pool area was the cherry on top. This home was located in a perfect neighborhood with convenient access to everyday necessities. I will certainly look for it’s availability my next visit to Puerto Rico.

Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

everything was perfect with the airbnb it self! pretty clean! everything works how it should, the dominó table and beach chairs came in clutch, easy access and parking space for 2 cars was also perfect, however i couldn't give a perfect 5 star review like i would've wished to. check out is at 11:00am and i understand that but standing at the front door at 11:10am felt very disrespectful since we were literally rushed out of the place. she did say someone had booked it for 3:00pm wich although a little weird since its Monday could be true but she could've waited 5 minutes in the car to be respectful to the people that are staying there. this is quite literally the first time ive experienced this in a airbnb and was beyond uncomfortable, for me and the kids. overall the facilities are great and relaxing, the apartment itself its comfortable and nice. my only problem was the one mentioned before. just an advice if check out is at 11:00am just wait till 11:30am so guests dont feel kicked

This is a fantastic space! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ice maker machine was a real highlight and great for the cooler for a beach day :) We would definitely stay here again

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Norka was an amazing host and the property was beautiful! Three of my girl friends and I stayed at Aquátika for 5 nights. The beds were sooo comfortable!! The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was very clean. The beach was very beautiful and private. The pools were the perfect temperature. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better just steps from the beach, with the sound of the waves as your daily soundtrack. Waking up to ocean views and enjoying coffee on the patio was pure magic. The space was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated with a laid-back beach vibe. The bed was super comfortable, and the place stayed cool even during the heat of the day. Fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and everything you need in the kitchen made it feel like home. The hosts were warm, responsive, and gave amazing local recommendations from surf spots to hidden food gems. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway in Puerto Rico, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and it had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. There were even toys for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The space was well organized, and the complex felt safe and peaceful at all times. The pools were simply spectacular — perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. One of the highlights was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

This condo ocean front was everything and more The host was very helpful. Every moment on cue. This condo is spacious had more than enough beds The resort has many pools. The slide was not working But the kids didn't care The many pools kept them busy. Supplies was plentiful.. numerous beach chairs Floats for the pool Beach ball basketball volleyball they have it in this condo for your use. Balcony to sit in shade I recommend fully.. plenty tissue and bags Something a lot of Airbnb don't give enough of Pots and pans And more

We enjoyed our stay- it was right on the beach. Air conditioner worked well. This condo was pretty spacious and had everything we needed. Located in safe area.

The resort was really nice. Our kids really enjoyed all the pools and having easy access to the beach. Outside of the resort the area was rough but there were so many fun things to do within 30-45 minutes. We did a half day jungle tour that was one of our favorite activities. Also highly recommend Luquillo beach-one of our favorites. The house was nice and fit our family of seven well. There wasn’t much storage in the bedrooms and we couldn’t really unpack our suitcases. The kitchen was also pretty bare and made it harder to cook due to the lack of dishes, etc. Those things were pretty minor and the overall value was great and we were really happy with our stay!
