Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Medianía Baja

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

Sandra’s was a perfect spot for a quiet vacation. My two-year-old and I went from the beach to the pool each day while Dad worked and we were some of the only people around. The place was clean and just what we needed…and a close drive to el Yunque and San Juan. There were more supplies than listed, so we were well equipped for the week.

Echoing other reviews that said this place is a hidden gem, it absolutely is! Loíza itself doesn’t have a lot going on but it’s so close to many of the places we wanted to see/activities we wanted to do while in PR. The property was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, and lots of linens. The washer/dryer was a huge perk as well. I can’t say enough about the private beach access out back… we would find ourselves pushing other plans off because we wanted to stay at the beach. We were the only ones there every day and it was a total dream. We would most definitely book this stay again!

Great Host, property was clean, welcoming, roomy and comfortable enough for our family of 7 to enjoy a movie, we would stay again. The pool was great and easy access. The beach is nice with easy access, less than 100 yards from the for to gate.

El departamento (3er piso) está muy bonito y limpio. Las camas NO son muy cómodas y las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Si tuvieran una cama king le daría un plus. La comunicación e instrucciones precisas, claras y amables. La ubicación es un poco lejos de los puntos turísticos, pero tiene acceso directo a una playa chiquita y privada, muy conveniente. Cómo plus ofrece 2 sillas para playa y toallas extras para alberca. Gracias por hospedarnos.

Awesome beach getaway with the family! Joel is the perfect host - so friendly and helpful, ready with many recommendations to make your stay memorable. The house is just as described- comfortable and super clean. Ready with games and activities for the family to enjoy at the house . Steps away from the beach or pool located on the premises. Our family had an incredible vacation thanks to the comfort and amenities Pablo’s condo has to offer. This place was fully equipped from kitchen bath laundry & beach items. This place has it all! My kids 7 & 15yrs old were never bored. So many games for family night and toys for the younger ones. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable and had many pillows and blankets. The beach right out the back door was never crowded and the ocean was clear and calm with smaller waves but perfect enough to have beach days without having to go anywhere. Also many outdoor toys beach chairs tents and sand toys. And lots of beach towels The pool in the front was always an amazing place to hang out with lots of space chairs lounge chairs and tables. The air conditioning in every room was ice cold and the fans on the outdoor patio made it so refreshing to hang out even on the hot days. Out of the many airbnbs we have stayed at this one is one we will definitely be booking again

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita’s very much. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive to our needs and even provided local recommendations. She offers both great accommodations and a beautiful place for us to feel right at home. I now want to book her place each time I visit Puerto Rico. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

I love the house it was perfect to celebrate my birthday. I just don't like the stray cats and dogs. One made it up on the porch and popped on the welcome mat. It was raining and we weren't paying attention and stepped in it. Runined a good pair of sandals. If you don't like excessive dog barking or listening to roosters at 2:30am this place isn't for you. But if you can stand a little noise it's perfect. The host is great very responsive provides a phone number for you to call with questions and she has a translator. I'd definitely rent again.

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, felt at home, and even give recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and it had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. There were even toys for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The space was well organized, and the complex felt safe and peaceful at all times. The pools were simply spectacular — perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. One of the highlights was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. We’d definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

Had a great stay on the beach here at Scott’s place! The outdoor pool and beach access are a very convient short walk from the apartment. Mini-split A/C units in each bedroom helped for a good night’s sleep. Great for a group of 5 people.

This condo ocean front was everything and more The host was very helpful. Every moment on cue. This condo is spacious had more than enough beds The resort has many pools. The slide was not working But the kids didn't care The many pools kept them busy. Supplies was plentiful.. numerous beach chairs Floats for the pool Beach ball basketball volleyball they have it in this condo for your use. Balcony to sit in shade I recommend fully.. plenty tissue and bags Something a lot of Airbnb don't give enough of Pots and pans And more

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.
