The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. If ariving by plane we can arrange transfers to the apartment.

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.
