Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Medina

We loved staying at Zakaria’s wonderful apartment. The apartment is situated in a beautiful building, right in the heart of Dakar plateau with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance and with a stunning view of the beautiful Cathédral de Dakar. Zakaria was an exceptional host, allowing us to check in earlier for our convenience. He graciously helped bring up our luggage and gave us lots of helpful recommendations during our stay. We could always reach him on the phone if we ever needed anything and he ensured we had everything we needed. Having never traveled to Dakar before, this generosity was greatly appreciated. We truly felt at home and highly recommend Zakaria’s apartment. We hope to stay here on our next visit to Dakar.

The apartment is very nice and modern by local standards. Leye was extremely helpful to us with everything. I loved the location, as it was very culturally colourful. There was a lot going on in the surrounding area and it gave us a real Dakar experience. It may be not everyone's cup of tea, as it is not a glamorous tourist place, but if you like to be thrown into an African urban reality – you just have to cross the highway via pedestrian viaduct. Yes, the highway is potentially the biggest drawback as the apartment building is right next to it. I didn't mind it though. For me it was quite viable to reach many of the objects in Dakar Plateau on foot, but I am a seasoned urban walker so your milage may vary. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and would gladly come back again if I visit Dakar again.

Biba was accommodating and hospitable. She was flexible with the house cleaning schedule and the front door security was friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Dakar.

I renewed my stay at Kema because of the quiet, peaceful location and a very good welcome that was reserved for me (again). I loved the new layout of the Kema Garden which guarantees the private space of the person. Thank you for worrying about the well-being of your customers. i highly recommend it.

Great stay. The flat is spotless with good quality furnitures. Host was very quick to respond and staff were always available to help. Very good location safe neighbourhood and close to most of the important places in Dakar. I definitely recommend it.

Very kind host. Marion and her man Francois are such nice people. They are very uncomplicated, friendly and are able to give you nice recommandations for the city and take care about you. Right next to the air bnb you can find delicious food, groceries and drinks. The place to be in dakar.

Mada's place is simply amazing! Very spacious with modern design, exceptionally clean, has a good atmosphere and well equipped. One of the rare places in Dakar which has a quiet neighborhood. I felt right at home, the surroundigs are super safe and the beautiful beach is just a stone's throw. Mada is very attentive, helpful and supportive, anytime I needed something, she and the co-host went the extra mile to fulfill all needs. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my stay, I had memorable, enjoyable, pleasant days. I highly recommend staying at Mada's place!

Modern and well equipped house in the heart of the city, calm and peaceful; Tim is an amazing host who goes out of his way to make the host feel at home and is always available to respond to any question.

I had a lovely stay at this residence. It is basically like living in an art gallery which is exquisite. There are events here periodically, so it is a convenient way to meet ambitious people and local artists. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The property had a security guard overnight and staff throughout the day so we always felt safe. It was a very lively and fun stay in Dakar!

This place is exceptional- huge and beautiful home, pristine, gorgeous inside and out. The pool and terraces are really special, the sea view is beautiful. The hosts were so friendly, efficient and helpful, the guards always there and really helpful. The housekeepers did an excellent job and were really amiable. This is a great location to explore Dakar and its surroundings - out of the city centre but easy enough to get in, and the motorway is a 5 minute drive. Somone lagoon is a must-see. Thank you so much for a wonderful base for our holiday.

My stay in Mordi's apartment was very comfortable. Everything matched the listing and in a safe neighborhood. Easy to access and close to very good restaurants. The host is very responsive and gives all the useful information to make the stay pleasant! An additional shuttle service from the airport to the residence and other destinations is also available with a very comfortable vehicle and an experienced and very friendly driver. We had a wonderful stay at Maguette's! As soon as we arrived, she greeted us with such kindness that we immediately felt at home. Always available, smiling and attentive, she was able to make our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. She was also very flexible and responsive to our requests, which is a real plus. We are really grateful to have come across her, and we recommend her place without a second thought. My wife and I had an exceptional stay at Ali's place. We greatly appreciated its flexibility, it allowed us to do an early check-in, which greatly facilitated our arrival. Ali embodies Senegalese hospitality perfectly, with warm and caring attention throughout our stay. We will be back without hesitation and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover Dakar in excellent conditions.

Great place with close access to the ocean for Surfing. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pool was under construction so couldn’t use and you need to request access in advance to go to the gym. Be aware to request/pay for electricity in advance when you arrive late.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at Hedi's apartment. The interior is spacious, airy, full of natural light, and comfortable. It feels like home. We enjoy having two bathrooms. The third-floor terrace presents a lovely welcome space every time we return home. The washing machine makes for easy laundry. The neighborhood is a great find in Dakar, peaceful and friendly, with a real neighborhood feeling. It combines the old and the new, street stalls and tiny stores for food and daily needs. It's walkable to cafes, good restaurants, and a few fine galleries. The vendors remember us from stay to stay. Hedi, Bineta, and Mariama are super responsive and helpful.
