Borgopetra – Casa degli Orti

The Casa degli Orti is located inside the ancient Baglio di Borgopetra, built in the 1700s, lovingly restored and since then open to hospitality. Inside the property there are 3 other apartments of different sizes, all tastefully furnished with family furniture and souvenirs from around the world, arranged around the internal courtyard. The windows of the houses overlook the vegetable garden and the garden, with cascades of geraniums, jasmine, century-old oleanders and the orchard.

One week before arrival, the document of only one guest will be requested, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group and stay) and the tourist tax. This small and special place has its own style full of charm. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom. We rent 4 units of our Masseria and the beautiful garden and well-equipped pool (3.5 x 12 m) is available to all guests. Figs, herbs, almonds and cactus figs just need to be picked. A small oasis away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy reach of many wonderful places.
