After staying here for a week, I must say this was one of my best stays by far. The place was at prime location, everything was at walkable distance, the room was clean with everything as stated by the Neeraj. He even provided packed ice which was crazy. Looking forward to stay again whenever I am in town.

Our stay is very beautiful at this place. Peaceful and secure residential area. Host is very helpful. I forgot my cabin bag pin not sure what to do. Sachin and Preethi used their trick to open that.

I had stayed here for 4 nights and was a very comfortable stay. The location is very good, proper residential area, calm, easy access to restaurants and shops and metro station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Got a very spacious terrace garden. I would easily recommend a stay here. Only drawback is lack of proper kitchen space if you want to cook but it’s as per description, so no complaints.

I had a great stay at Beir's property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place is close to the India Expo exhibition centre. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. A special mention to the caretaker, Sabal Singh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us with some delicious breakfast as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Ashwariya's place for total of five nights over two weeks with my German family. It was a wonderful stay. The house is very clean, well equipped and quite. The neighborhood is green and walkable. Ashwariya and her staff were very attentive and respectful. We will stay here again on our next trip to Delhi.
