The apartment is located in the central area. It is freshly renovated and shows all the utilities in the pictures. The location also presents two balconies, one closed and one open overlooking the city! Parking is not private but parking is free on the street! We are at your disposal for anything! A very clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and a responsive owner. I highly recommend. However, consider that it is not really close to the center. The area is quite peripheral and overlooking a former (probably) abandoned factory. If you prefer peace and have a car to get around, then it is very good because there is parking place provided, but if you don't have a car it can be a little more difficult. It's the first airbnb where I found slippers, a small gesture of detail, but which I appreciated:) A minus would be, however, that there are not many outlets in the room (there are more in the kitchen:)), but that can be solved with an extension cord. What I found a little bizarre, but I can understand the argument, is that the thermostat is placed in a lockbox, with a key, so I couldn't change the temperature. In our case, the temperature didn't even need to change, but I think it can be discussed directly with the owner.
