Very good home feeling. 936 Sq feet of living space. Keypad for entry 24 hours. Full kitchen, laundry room, very quiet place. Everything you need. You don't have to pack anything iron provided, shampoo soap hair dryer etc. Security cameras on site. Near Merry Family Winery, Bob Evans Farm, Hardee's Love truck stop, Rio Grande college. Holzer Hospital. We have several other restaurants non chain, museums in our area. A list of things to do will be in the cottage or feel free to ask Tim or Bev.

Simple apartment with the comforts of home. Meigs county is full of beautiful nature and small businesses. The pace of life is slower here and the people are friendly. Walk over to hometown bar and restaurant Summerfield’s! A 15 minute drive to Forked Run State Park and 15 minute drive to Pomeroy Ohio. 30 minute drive to Athens & Ohio University. 0.5 mi. to gas station & 0.7 mi. to DG Central heat and window A/C. There are outdoor stairs to access this apartment. No indoor smoking.

Located in the Village of Pomeroy, along the Ohio River , our Home Away from Home has a setting up on a hill, facing the woods, overlooking a pond. As you enter the home you'll notice a computer desk to your left and the living room in front of you. The couch is also a pull out bed. Right around the corner is the bathroom. Up the stairs is a beautiful and spacious loft. Down the hall you'll find the breakfast nook and kitchen, as well as the door to the basement laundry room. Enjoy!
