The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

We loved it. Lovely quiet traditional (Amazign, Berber) room with private shower and toilet. Large double bed. Breakfast and dinner was exquisite! We would love to come back!

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street... Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with toddler. Sanae is a very caring host. She proactively asked us if we needed a cot. She also provided this very nicely. Absolute recommendation for old town visitors as well as top views! Always happy to

We loved this place! It was much bigger than the other places we stayed in Morocco and the AC was great! It was clean and comfortable. Natalia was very quick to respond and sent very clear instructions as well as recommendations and answered our questions about the city. Highly recommend!

Very nice Airbnb! Apartment is spacious and clean, located only few minutes from the desert and many tourist restaurants. Living room was particularity cozy. Host was really helpful, even booked a desert quad and sand boarding tour with him. Highly recommend

Our stay here was absolutely perfect, no notes! the place was spotless, incredibly cozy, especially with the fireplace (which by the way our host kindly lit up for us to make sure the place was warm when we got there) which made our stay even more special. it had everything we needed, the attention to detail was truly remarkable literally NOTHING was missing. the price was also incredibly fair for the quality of the stay and the host was kind and responsive, always making sure we were comfortable. i highly recommend this Airbnb and would 100% stay here again if i get the chance!

Very nice apartment in line with the listing, clean and easy location to get around to visit Fez, and the host is attentive, small taxis are accessible at reasonable prices at the foot of the apartment.
