The place is very nice and spacious. We went as a big family and truly love the villa and the in-home entertainment the place has offered. I hope they will place some anti-slip mats in the jacuzzi and sauna room since the floor is slippery. In general, we love our stay and will definitely come back.

This is a wonderful place to stay for some much needed peace and enjoying nature in the Cambodian countryside. The house is modern and beautiful. Great pool that my family loved swimming in. Well equipped and comfortable home with lots of space.

The house is spacious, comfortable, the kitchen utensils are also very full. The pool was also very loud and clean. The host is friendly; the housekeeper is also enthusiastic to support when he announces an incident. In addition, our group also had a problem with the air conditioner, the housekeeper also supported. Although it can't be handled right away, the hostess has supported the voucher for the next time to compensate, so I highly recommend the host!

The host is very friendly and helpful, providing good local restaurant recommendations. The pool and rooms are clean. Although it is farther from downtown, it is definitely a nice place to spend your holiday.

Everything was amazing. Lovely month in a wonderful and cozy apartment. Everything you need to eat inside - a large TV, necessary utensils, hairdryer and plus a full size refrigerator, which was important to us. Amazing view from the balcony and excellent service. The complex has a huge clean rooftop swimming pool and a nice gym. A nice gift for a long stay. It's rare now. Thanks! When we come back, we will definitely try to check in here again :)

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this villa. The villa has a high ceiling, spacious living room/bedrooms/outside sitting area, rooftop sitting area with beautiful views, and enough kitchen appliances/glasses/cups for all of us. Loved every minute spent here at this villa. Also it is secluded with great privacy but at the same time if you walk for 5-6mins it is easily accessible to main road with lots of restaurants. It is also easy to get Grab taxis. It is a perfect place to stay with a group of friends/family. I will definitely come back! Thank you Vinh for your kindness and prompt response every time!

Looks just like the pictures. Amazing location with a beach entrance. The host was very kind and really helpful. Its a big villa and she does a great job maintaining it. Best part was the sunset - its really beautiful. You can get social media worthy pictures here! Overall, amazing way to relax and spend your time here. Strongly recommend this place.

I stayed here with my family on my trip the Vietnam. The place was clean and the service was very good. They took care of our every need including providing us we a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. The helped us with our daily trips around island. The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

The property was ideal for a small group getaway, and Minh went above and beyond to accommodate any additional requests. The house itself was beautiful, with stunning coastal views from every room. Lovely apartment. Well positioned need the beach. Great pool at the unit and central property pool. Mainly clean but could’ve been better under the bed and side tables etc. All in all a good stay. Very helpful staff when needed.

Stayed at Bao Tran Villa for 2 nights. The place is exactly as listed. The pool was clean and crystal clear. The kids absolutely loved it. Chú Cường was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a small party and left the cleanup overnight as he kindly took care of everything for us the next morning. Kha and Trang were super responsive and clearly communicated all the information, all the house rules, making everything so easy . Our family really enjoyed the stay. We’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

It was very pleasant from booking to check in.The boss is very nice and handsome, and the housekeeper lady is also very welcoming.The house was lovely and clean, exactly as pictured and exceeded expectations.We play mainly in the south of Phu Quoc Island this time, the house is close to the beach, there is a free shuttle to the seaside, about 5 km from Sunset Town.Great location 25 minutes or so from the airport.Near the resort, you can walk to Dugong supermarket, you can buy breakfast, buy fruit opposite the supermarket, the host a box of mineral water configuration per day, people don't have to buy it at the supermarket, which is also very considerate.40 minutes from the largest supermarket in the north, Kingkong mart.At Phu Guo Night Market in general, it is recommended to find a store with a high rating from Googlemap, even the roadside shops are delicious.Three-day trips to Phu Guo Island also exceeded expectations, I highly recommend everyone to Phuko Island.

Very nice and convenient Villa with lots of restaurants, convenient store and banks within walking distance. Accessible by car and easy to get there. very peaceful and safe with security guard at night. all rooms with en suite bathroom, very convenient. A few glitches here and there but the host was very attentive and solve them quickly. Comfortable and really enjoyable stay. Duong was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend Duong's place!
