There are coconut trees and birds in the yard. The whole yard is surrounded by beautiful frangipani. The breeze blows, the frangipani sways in the wind, and the water in the pool is crystal clear, as if you are in a paradise~ Here you can bring your family on vacation; drink and be merry, very cozy and enjoyable The entire villa is super spacious, beautiful and comfortable, covering an area of 600 square meters. The villa has 2 very spacious living rooms on the first and second floors respectively. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, each bedroom has a 2m wide large bed, very comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower room, 3 of which have bathtubs, and the other 2 bedrooms also have their own shower rooms, providing you with privacy and convenience! The villa also has a pool table, BBQ, and other entertainment facilities for you and your family or friends to have a very pleasant and cozy time. The villa also has a mahjong machine, you can play mahjong, so you will never be bored during your vacation at the villa, there is everything for entertainment The biggest advantage of the villa is its great location, just near the Central Walking Street of Pattaya, only about 2 km from the beaches of Pattaya Wind Moon Walking Street, allowing you to easily enjoy the beautiful beaches and bustling walking streets. This location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find for our taxi service pickup. Building felt very well kept and extra plus there was security onsite. Felt like an upscale building. The unit itself was very clean. We had someone meet us for check-in and he walked us through the unit to show us all the features of the home. We found it super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as we were just coming off a week of traveling in Bali/Singapore. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Really appreciated the flexibility of holding our luggage past our check-out time so we could continue to explore the neighborhood. Would book again.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay in this beautifully designed 3-bedroom villa. The villa was spacious, stylish, and spotlessly clean—an ideal setup for our group. Each bedroom featured its own en-suite bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy, while the living and dining areas made it feel like a true home away from home. A major highlight was the access to the Club facilities was awesome. From the pristine pool and beach club to the excellent on-site dining and wellness amenities, the experience was elevated by the perfect mix of private villa comfort and luxury resort benefits. The staff were attentive and professional, always happy to assist with anything we needed, including making reservations. Our host was incredibly warm and friendly, and made us feel right at home. Getting around was also easy—Grab rides were readily available, and the host recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant with beautiful sunset just 10 minutes away, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!!!

Great experience in Pattaya B&B, the host couple is super warm, can communicate in Chinese ~ The host couple is a perfect example of a host, and the wife's warm smile at first sight instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey.Thoughtfully provided ice water and instant noodles, the check-in process was simple and fast, patiently guided throughout the process, and meticulously explained the surrounding food, drink, and entertainment information, as if we were friends from afar, not just guests.We encountered questions during our daily interactions and travels, and they responded enthusiastically to our questions at the first opportunity, which made us feel reassured. The homestay itself, the pool is super photogenic, and when you step into the room, a warm and cozy atmosphere welcomes you.The layout of the room is clever, the use of space is reasonable, and every detail reveals the host's care.🈶Table games, billiards and mahjong!The furniture is exquisite and of high quality, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the room decoration combines local features with modern design, the color matching is harmonious, and there is also a panda tree in the room!Fill the entire space with an artistic atmosphere, and every shot is a masterpiece.
